Very friendly, checked the house thoroughly and put up enough traps that the mice will hopefully be gone within 7 days. He even made sure that our dogs could not get in the traps and made it a point that we along with the dogs would be safe. Now my husband can take me out to eat until the mice are gone 🤣

Our guy was Christopher and he’s awesome , not only is he always happy and ready for the day he’s so informative about the local bugs and what not . Helped us today with a spot treatment and an outside treatment but also took care of some voles that starts to tear up our yard. He’s fantastic and the Orkin treatments have helped quick and consistent with the bugs .

Beyond rude. The technician Hector made jokes about my house and basically blamed me for the pest issue despite me living here for years and never an issue. He gave me his work number and let him know if I need anything. I texted him once saying I need to cancel my next appointment and not only does he show up but according to my neighbor he bothers her asking where I’m at. I call in to ask why this happens and they say they can’t issue a refund. Fast forward about two weeks and no refund but I get a text for my next appointment, uh no I canceled. I call in to fix this and the last I spoke to was nice and she’ll have a manager call me. Manage calls me in a pissy mood demanding feedback. I told him no and just to refund. He goes on a rant about how we are talking man to man and hands up on me. Now I’m trying to call back and they magically aren’t accepting calls.

Orkin came out couple weeks later no charge because I didn’t have my inside done or garage done. My fault. I didn’t think I needed it. I was wrong. John from Orkin came out and took care of Enzo and I. I really didn’t want insects and bites on me or my sweet Enzo. Again they arrived quicker than expected. Everything was well explained.
