Many things were done well. But the Orkin employee had the habit of cutting off conversations - interrupting. He hung up in the middle of a phone call and did not receive the final information until arrival. He did not have customer service skill. Operationally it was good.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. Keeps returning to spray after cancelling our service. Contact center keeps assuring us they won't come back and they keep coming back. People say they will call us back to fix the issue. They never do. This company is incapable of following through on their most basic promises. Use anyone else.

This is the most dishonest and deceitful company I’ve ever dealt with. I was quoted $137 for the initial and recurring services by their salesperson, Teresa. When I called to commit, a different rep, helped me and he took my credit card information but didn't send me a copy of the contract, claiming the technician would bring it during the first visit. When the technician arrived, the paperwork showed a different price—$169. I pointed out the price error, but instead of fixing it, he told me to contact their sales department on the price but just sign the waiver agreement only to start the service, he did the service and went ahead charging my card $169. I immediately called and emailed to complain, explaining that I did not approve of this deceitful behavior and requested to cancel the service. My appeal was ignored, and Orkin scheduled a second service without my consent. After repeated follow-ups, I was told I would be refunded the price difference for the first service, but I was also informed that I could not cancel because it was a four-service contract. I then asked for a copy of the contract I had supposedly agreed to, as I had never received one. Despite agreeing to process the refund and provide the contract, Orkin failed to do either(2nd service was done on 12/19/2024 but to today the 22nd I haven't got the refund), Instead, the company proceeded with the service again and charged my credit card $137(charged on the 20th) without my consent. This is by far the most unprofessional and dishonest experience I have ever had with a company. It is clear to me that Orkin prioritizes profit over integrity, and its business practices are nothing short of appalling. I want to strongly warn anyone considering your services to stay away from Orkin. If they do choose to proceed, they should demand a contract upfront before agreeing to anything. This experience has left a terrible impression, and I will ensure that others are aware of their deceptive practices.

Brett is AMAZING I’m beyond grateful for his dedication and hard work. He went above and beyond to ensure our problems were resolved including follow up calls and messages. I’m just thankful to have met him after a few technicians came by prior to Brett my issues were getting worse but after each visit by Brett things got better each and every time. This company definitely needs more Bretts!!!!

Today was my first time experiencing the service, and I’m not sure yet how the results will turn out. The staff was very thorough and helped me check every possible issue. They will follow up with me in a week to review the results. For now, I’m very satisfied with the service provided by the staff 👍🏻

Every person I talked to when I called in told me something different. Promised different things. We made several appointments, and no one told us that we had to clear the cupboards until the actual appointment, so we had to reschedule again. Everyone I talked to over the phone promised that the one-year subscription could be canceled any time and wasn't mandatory. The actual Pest Control service tech said that's not true and then I should try to cancel it ahead of time. I had to fight to do that. I paid for two appointments. An initial and a follow-up and was able to get the subscription canceled, but we never got our second appointment that we paid for. Abysmal service. Go with anyone else.

My Technician Mike was very very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, caring, understanding and funny . He did everything he said he was going to do and some I didn't expect. I was his 2nd client and when he finished with my home, his white shirt was dirty from all his hard work and I felt bad because the day had just started for him. I hope he had another one to put on 😂 I'll wash it for you or pay your cleaners bill !! 😂 Thank GOD for Orkin and Mike. Now my family and I can sleep and live without being in fear of spiders and other critters and crawling creatures. I will be keeping my service .

I've been dealing with a pretty frustrating issue and I've been unsuccessful in getting a pest control company to come out and give me service. I reached out to Orkin and they were there the next day. My technician, Myles, is amazing! Pest issues are frustrating and traumatizing for some people. I think anyone working in extermination, should be patient and compassionate. That's Myles. He was absolutely built to do what he's doing. From the moment he reached out, he's been stellar. He's super professional and communicative. He texted me the day before my appointment to let me know that I'm on his schedule and to inform me of his anticipated arrival time. He arrived on time and he honored my wishes. He was empathetic and understanding of my fears and concerns. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. Unfortunately, I won't divulge details about my service but to say the very least, it was beautiful experience! 10/10 highly recommend.

Orkin is very accommodating and quick to address can't issue. Our tech is Elijah, who is professional and always has a smile. He makes it a point to asking there are any issues. We have had them take care our home for the last few years and highly recommend them
