7 months of service and they still didn’t get rid of the problem. Another company did in two weeks what they couldn’t do in 7 months. They never would even schedule to come out unless I called them to schedule myself. Had them encapsulate crawl space and they didn’t even do the entire thing even though it was a part of the quote. I’d give one star but I’m giving two since they were atleast friendly.

We've been using Orkin for our pest control needs, and recently a new technician named, "Jason." Started servicing our home. He visited for the second time on May 13th, 2025, and I can confidently say he's the best we've had! Jason is incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and always respectful. He answers all of our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. We truly appreciate and love having Jason take care of our pest issues!

Outstanding Customer Care Representatives Brandon, Jeff, Alexandria, and Maria (IT) excel above and beyond any expectations. Everyone exemplifies patience, understanding, compassion, and empathy. Field Technician Cody P. arrived early on Saturday. Cody provided pertinent information about Ants. He placed Bait Traps, sprayed inside/outside covering all areas of my home. I initially called and spoke with Laura and brought to her attention that we are experiencing an ant problem. She was very helpful in selecting the right plan for my home on a monthly basis for preventative service. She quickly scheduled us the same week. The price was very reasonable compared to other pest control services in my area. The technician, Carlos, from Greensboro NC was very prompt, and called us ahead of time to provide us with an ETA. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with answering all of our questions. He was very attentive to the needs of our home. Overall great experience thus far. Thanks Orkin Man!

I am not happy at all with my experience. I signed up for their service because the technician explained to me that if I saw no change at all he would come back out free of charge until we noticed a change. He also put in the notes during all of his visits that he treated the outside of my home (just learned that from the service manager reading the notes on the account). He never treated the outside the first 3 visits because he told me that would lock bugs INSIDE the home. He explained he would not treat the outside until the inside was under control. We never noticed any change at all inside so we requested another follow up visit that was supposed to be “free of charge” since no change was noticed. Once he left my Card was charged for a full regular service. I made several attempts to contact the lady I had been emailing back and forth with from their office but never got any response. They just sent an email saying I have an appointment tomorrow so I called and spoke to the service manager to let them know I would not be paying for another visit until something changes. This guy suggested I cancel my account with them and call another company. He asked what I wanted and if I wanted a refund for that last visit so of course I said yes and asked for confirmation via email of this refund he’s putting in. He notified me the office lady would have to handle all of that since she would be the one handling the refund as well. With so much competition out here I’m just shocked to see a business not care that a customer is unhappy and their only solution be “call a different company”. Never again. These big corporate companies need to be more aware of how their sites are being ran.

I have a great technician is always on time. It’s POLITE safe and he’s clean. People protect my home my property and he’s just an overall good guy. Enjoy talking to him having conversations with him. He explained things he leads nothing to imagination. Any question whether there is anything else that I need or any other questions I need answered before he leaves every time. Thank you!
