I Had a Hornet nest attached to my garage... Mr Christopher Rorie came out this afternoon, very nice, respectful and all around pleasant... He did a fantastic job for us... Justin is my service guy, he did a great job inspecting and he thoroughly serviced my home inside and outside. Since he’s been servicing my home, I have rarely seen any bugs, insects, flies, mosquitoes, and no site of mice. I’m happy with his service. Customer service on the phone was terrible. The lady had a bad attitude when scheduling/rescheduling my appointments. I almost went elsewhere to book an exterminator.

Chris Rorie came out to help us with a yellow jacket nest in our eaves. He was very thorough, explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. Very professional! The person I spoke with on the phone to setup my appointment was great. Very noligable and helpful. I knew excatly what time to expect my technician to arrive because Orkin had up to date information on when my technician arrived in my driveway. Technician was slso very noligable, curtious, and worked very quickly and efficiently to get everything complete. I have been using this service for more than a year now and while the every other month service is sufficient, the customer service is the worst. It is difficult to get them to return a call and I recently had an issue that they just completely ignored when I reached out. I pay monthly to have preventative service at my home. That works well for me and I don’t generally have any issues but in October the technician found and pointed out a nest of yellow jackets. He sprayed something into the nest without discussing it with me and the yellow jackets did not die but instead they got angry and started swarming my house. I called Orkin and the customer service representative told me that having yellow jackets removed is not part of my preventative service and if I wanted them removed I would have to pay a separate service fee. She said that IF the technician sprayed the nest that he only did it as a “favor” and I would need to have a separate inspection done about the yellow jackets. I never asked him to spray them because he didn’t tell me about it until after the fact. I asked that someone come out to do that inspection and someone did come out and take photos but they have yet to follow up with me and it has been several weeks now. Bottom line, I don’t appreciate a tech literally stirring up a yellow jacket next to just leave and give me more problems. I am currently looking for another pest control company that has better customer service.
