Very professional. Experiencing ants in our kitchen and wanted to get it under control before it gets warmer out. The first treatment wasnt enough to get them all. Had the first treatment with orkin for ants and mice. My wife was home when the tech showed up. She said he was pleasant, but when asked to do the treatment under in the crawl space, he objected, and then, when my wife had called me to verify that I was told they would do this as part of the service, the tech called his supervisor to get the ok. I found this odd since the person selling the product to me made it clear that this was part if the service. After everything was completed for this first visit, everything seems to be working as intended.

I’m very disappointed with your service. The technician doesn’t spray the inside of the house and never once has. I told him we have spiders bad and he sprayed outside the house and stated keeping the bugs away from the perimeter of the house will keep the spiders away. That’s not working. When we had mice he simply gave me glue traps to put down around the house. I’m not getting paid to be an exterminator. Dodson’s used to spray the entire house even the crawl spaces and they were cheaper. I am very, very, very disappointed!!! I’m looking to report this to upper management or the owners.??
