Today was one of the worst experiences with Orkin. A technician came out and while I was explaining my problem areas told me “he is not a turf service” as I asked about ants in the yard. Then proceeded to tell me all areas are treated inside to help issues. As he was leaving wanted to add “I’ve serviced some people for 2 years and never even been inside their home because they know the outside is what needs treatment”. So really confused with that conflicting information. Asked for webs to be taken down outside around where my kids play area is. He replied “those aren’t spider webs” .. weird because there was actually a spider in it.. when I advised this he responded “okay lady!! I’ll get my brush!” Never dealt with someone so extremely unprofessional and rude. All pictures attached are after he left advising he was finished. 20 mins here and most of it was spent arguing with me.

The Orkin technician was great! He was very efficient and kindly answered our multiple questions regarding the ant invasion in our kitchen. He sprayed inside the kitchen area as well as around the foundation of the house. He was careful and considerate - very polite and respectful of our needs . We were very grateful that he was able to come so soon after we called the Orkin office and have not seen any ants again in the kitchen. Thanks Orkin!
