Very professional! The person I spoke with on the phone to setup my appointment was great. Very noligable and helpful. I knew excatly what time to expect my technician to arrive because Orkin had up to date information on when my technician arrived in my driveway. Technician was slso very noligable, curtious, and worked very quickly and efficiently to get everything complete. I have been using this service for more than a year now and while the every other month service is sufficient, the customer service is the worst. It is difficult to get them to return a call and I recently had an issue that they just completely ignored when I reached out. I pay monthly to have preventative service at my home. That works well for me and I don’t generally have any issues but in October the technician found and pointed out a nest of yellow jackets. He sprayed something into the nest without discussing it with me and the yellow jackets did not die but instead they got angry and started swarming my house. I called Orkin and the customer service representative told me that having yellow jackets removed is not part of my preventative service and if I wanted them removed I would have to pay a separate service fee. She said that IF the technician sprayed the nest that he only did it as a “favor” and I would need to have a separate inspection done about the yellow jackets. I never asked him to spray them because he didn’t tell me about it until after the fact. I asked that someone come out to do that inspection and someone did come out and take photos but they have yet to follow up with me and it has been several weeks now. Bottom line, I don’t appreciate a tech literally stirring up a yellow jacket next to just leave and give me more problems. I am currently looking for another pest control company that has better customer service.

We’ve had Orkin service our home in the triad for several years now and are very satisfied with the results. We used to get those tiny ants sometimes but haven’t had any issues recently. Joseph came out today and was very friendly and efficient.

I have had Orkin for over a year now and I’ve been very satisfied with their services. I had a rat problem when I first had them come out and that was taken care of quickly. I had some ants pop up at the beginning of this summer and they sprayed inside for that and boom no more ants! I own a grooming business and my salon is a small shed right behind my house and they spray in and around it as well. Highly recommend them!

This is our first time using a service like Orkin. Today has been one of the hottest days so far. Over 90 degrees at 9am but Jason did an amazing job for us. He was thorough and covered everything and answered all our questions. We are doing the quarterly service and I hope he is our technician for future services. Jason Rocks!!
