I highly recommend the whole home attic remediation done by Orkin when they installed there insulation it has made a huge difference in my power bill plus it has a lifetime warranty! Ask for Home Inspector Chase Miller he was amazing with the process start to finish thank you Chase!!

I am not happy at all with my experience. I signed up for their service because the technician explained to me that if I saw no change at all he would come back out free of charge until we noticed a change. He also put in the notes during all of his visits that he treated the outside of my home (just learned that from the service manager reading the notes on the account). He never treated the outside the first 3 visits because he told me that would lock bugs INSIDE the home. He explained he would not treat the outside until the inside was under control. We never noticed any change at all inside so we requested another follow up visit that was supposed to be “free of charge” since no change was noticed. Once he left my Card was charged for a full regular service. I made several attempts to contact the lady I had been emailing back and forth with from their office but never got any response. They just sent an email saying I have an appointment tomorrow so I called and spoke to the service manager to let them know I would not be paying for another visit until something changes. This guy suggested I cancel my account with them and call another company. He asked what I wanted and if I wanted a refund for that last visit so of course I said yes and asked for confirmation via email of this refund he’s putting in. He notified me the office lady would have to handle all of that since she would be the one handling the refund as well. With so much competition out here I’m just shocked to see a business not care that a customer is unhappy and their only solution be “call a different company”. Never again. These big corporate companies need to be more aware of how their sites are being ran.

The orkin man Jason Cable that has been dealing with us is awesome.. He's very sufficient to our needs and makes sure we are taken care of and have what we need to take care of what is needed. Very nice very down to earth. Great guy

I have a great technician is always on time. It’s POLITE safe and he’s clean. People protect my home my property and he’s just an overall good guy. Enjoy talking to him having conversations with him. He explained things he leads nothing to imagination. Any question whether there is anything else that I need or any other questions I need answered before he leaves every time. Thank you!

Tyler was very personable and flexible, especially when it came to scheduling our initial appointment. The inspection with Tyler was awesome, thorough, and detailed. He was so knowledgeable about our termite treatment plan, explaining the process and cost. The team from Orkin was professional, efficient, and friendly. They put in all of the bait stations safely and carefully. A great experience for sure!

Today was one of the worst experiences with Orkin. A technician came out and while I was explaining my problem areas told me “he is not a turf service” as I asked about ants in the yard. Then proceeded to tell me all areas are treated inside to help issues. As he was leaving wanted to add “I’ve serviced some people for 2 years and never even been inside their home because they know the outside is what needs treatment”. So really confused with that conflicting information. Asked for webs to be taken down outside around where my kids play area is. He replied “those aren’t spider webs” .. weird because there was actually a spider in it.. when I advised this he responded “okay lady!! I’ll get my brush!” Never dealt with someone so extremely unprofessional and rude. All pictures attached are after he left advising he was finished. 20 mins here and most of it was spent arguing with me.
