I have no clue whether this is a franchise or just a poorly run area but the techs that come out of a house are untrained and different every month (each new employee says they can’t keep help because of poor management). What was most disturbing is when I called to communicate the issues I was having, they suggested to me that I should just cancel my service instead of trying to get the service, right). Unreal!

Worst! Worst service ever do not waste your time or money. I hate Orkin and if I ever get asked about who’s a good pest control company Orkin will never come out of my mouth. Disrespectful, dismissive, and treated me less because I’m a woman and young. I pay their bills with my money I worked for! They treated me awful and I want my money back!

And since my review a year ago, they have failed to show up for scheduled appointments over and over and over. They schedule a time, send a text and then don't show. And when I try to call, they dont answer their phone. They keep promising to do better and that they are short staffed and any number of other excuses - they even bad mouthed the staff person I initially left a positive review about. (BTW - it wont let me post with no stars - in order to post, I have to add a star - there should be no stars for this business).

At first this company was amazing. They were professional and came on time. I don't know what happened but now.... always late never a call. Can't get the winston salem branch to even answer the phone. Last time they came late, I wasn't home... the cameras show him only doing the front of my house... wouldn't recommend. Will not be using this company again.

I recommend that you pass on this company. At my previous home, I fired them because of consistent no show no call. That was a few years ago. We are in a new home now so I reached out to them for a quote. Once again, no show no call. This company is very unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called 3 times on 3 different occasions about the same issue. Each person I spoke with taking my info was very nice and sounded like they did care, unfortunately no one has called me back to this point. I ended up contacting another service and got on their schedule immediately. Shame

We were given two time options for our annual termite inspection. We chose 10-12. At 12, no one had shown up or called. When I called Orkin, they said it had been switched to 12-2. No one told us they switched it. 12-2 comes and goes; no Orkin. I call again, and after multiple attempts, they get the local office, who say that the tech is on the way. I wait another hour; no Orkin. I call the next day. The person on the phone can’t get the, local office because everything goes to voicemail. He says he will bump it up to the regional office, but it may take 48 hours to get a response. Oh, and on the day of the appointment, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was assured that one would call. You guessed it; no one ever called. Postscript: Resolved to my satisfaction. Local service manager addressed all issues professionally and throughly.
