I think this is a very good company because today, for the first time, a man from this company came to my house. He sprayed everything very well and listened to all the problems I had and then checked and then did the whole job. I took $5 for the first time and after that it is $55 every month. This is a one-year contract. So I am very happy with their service. It is a very good service. Their man has done a very good job, Thank you so much. ORKIN

I was very impressed with the young lady who set up my appointment. She asked a lot of history and knew that my area had problems with spiders, and ants. Because of my 2 year old grandson I was hoping I could have someone come out soon. She was able to schedule someone the next morning. . Mike was very thorough and explained the situation very clearly. They sent someone else out later and he went completely through the house. It was definitely a thorough inspection, and treatment. I felt the price was very reasonable and I would recommend Orkin to anyone. I wasn’t looking forward to try and find someone after speaking with my Uncle. A company he contacted was not very thorough and the price was outrageous. I called him today to let him know he needed to contact Orkin. Thanks 🙏

Well mates, John actually forgot (lost my rescheduled appointment), but he did call and apologize for that error! He did arrive within 10 minutes of his due time, so actually he provided me with that satisfaction. As for the pest control, he brought a spray can into my home, covered it “fairly well”, and told me they had my charge information on file (I gave it to them by phone earlier), and told me he’d call me again within a few weeks! He was quite friendly and proficient as well. The next several treatments will be only about $67 each. My dog Gigi has an appointment with her groomer at the end of this month! Hopefully, this will resolve Gigi’s flea issue…

Robert (Bob) Powell was absolutely fantastic! I am very squeamish when it comes to pests (flies in my case), and Bob helped settle a lot of my concerns. It’s only been a few hours and a lot of the flies have already died after Bob’s treatment. He was very professional and efficient. And can’t forget to mention his wonderful personality. If you have Bob as your Orkin Pro, you won’t be disappointed!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Orkin’s mice control service was extremely disappointing. I was charged nearly $250, and what I received was something any homeowner could have done on their own. The technician placed a few standard traps, told me to buy spray foam from Home Depot, and left. No thorough inspection, no attempt to locate how or where the mice were entering. I followed their advice, applied foam behind the oven, and still kept seeing mice. When I called them back, they simply added a few glue traps under the oven — which I had already been using daily. I caught the mice myself using my own traps, not the ones they placed. What frustrated me most was the lack of any real inspection or professional assessment. They never checked the exterior or interior for actual entry points — which is the most critical part of pest control. Thankfully, I hired another service the same week, and they immediately found multiple exterior and interior access points that Orkin completely missed. They properly sealed the gaps and addressed the problem at its root. For the price I paid, I expected professional expertise, not a "set a few traps and leave" approach. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Orkin’s mice control service — extremely poor value for money and very disappointing overall.
