My experience with Orkin has always been good. The technician contacted me to ask if he could conduct the service on yesterday instead of today. I didn't know that an appointment was scheduled for today, but was glad to have been able to accommodate. Because of Orkin, while everyone on my street was complaining about mice, I was surprised because I had not seen one. Thank you Orkin!

We had a mouse in the kitchen. David from Orkin stated it was coming from the attic and had mouse dropping and it can be toxic to breathe it all in. We had our attic serviced right away and spent 15K + on our attic. The techs were nice, when they removed all the old insulation and sealed any openings. No one came to do an inspection before placing new insulation was installed. They stated they never do anything after the insulation is removed. Makes no sense why they would check everything after the new insulation was placed. You can’t see anything. I had an electrician come do work around the same time, he found loose wires in the attic, luckily not active. Not everything was removed. After speaking Lisa, and several other people, all tried to schedule an inspection. Finally was able to get Micheal to come out and he stated there was a vent wire that was not fixed and can have some open come fix it! BUT he quoted me another few thousands of dollars, for something that should have been fixed from the beginning. No one that was employed there seems to know I had my Attic insulation removed and resealed with them. Finally after several calls and 9 months later Joseph Lararia the general manager stated he would come to have a look, noticed the problem with the wire and he scheduled time to come fixe it. My husband and I blocked out time, and HE NEVER SHOWED UP. We spent so much money and time, and felt completely stuck. Everyone gives you a different answer to the problem and no one takes initiation to help. Darren our monthly pest control man was great! Everyone was awful!

I have been getting Orkin Mosquito Control for about 2 years. The first year was great. There was a gentlemen that took pride in hos work spent a solid 25 minutes each visit going around the house and yard getting all areas. Over the last 8 months there has been a new gentlemen doing the work. He is in and out in 4-6 min. The last 2 visits I asked him if he can make another round and get certain areas. He is nice enough and says yes. However he just literally walks a lap and leaves. I called to cancel the service and Orkin didn't even ask why. I guess they know.

A couple weeks ago, inspector Dixon pointed out evidence of mice in our attic. We contracted with Orkin to remove the 48 year old insulation, seal up holes, and install new pest resistant insulation. The crew completed everything today as scheduled. It was a dirty, hot job for them, but they took care to keep our house and yard clean. Nice to know the attic is in better shape now.
