Unfortunately you get bugs from neighboring apartments rented I had to call them again when neighbors left and their hungry roaches tried to move in with me. So I needed exterminators again so I called Orkin again. They are very best and their technicians are kind respectful and conscious thank you!

First off, the technician is wonderful. HOWEVER , the last few months communication by the branch has been hideous. Orkin schedules appointments and while previously they provided notice (after business hours with no opportunity to change appointments), now I get NO ADVANCE NOTICE. I was not home at least twice when they've shown up because of poor communication. Previously this business was receptive to email communications, but now demands phone calls from customers. I have called and complained to no avail.

I'm still not sure about how I feel regarding their services. I have had them out to the house 4 times now, over 4 months. The third time the technician came, all he did was spray, and he didn't spray For the correct cockroach, there were no traps left either. when the following person went out, after I contacted management. They treated for termites, ants, American and German cockroaches. I have renters in that house so I have been communicating everything that the renters are telling me. And as far as I'm being told, the renters are communicating with the service professional as well. I'm not sure where the communication break down is coming from. So far the treatments have not worked.
