They have reasonable yearly rates on the contract that I have with them.I had bought insulation for the attic in the past and they were very professional on time and quick.They did a great job.I did not purchase anything at this time, but I will in the near future. Dalton with ORKIN is the absolute best! I cannot even begin to explain what we have been through since October 31, 2025 with a lil bug issue and DALTON WITH ORKIN has been here every step of the way and made sure we are not having any reoccurring issues! All because we bought a recliner on marketplace from a man in Destin Florida.. Sure wish he would have checked the chair before selling it to us, could have saved us a ton of money, time and stress!! Lesson learned but thank god I called ORKIN who kicked the Roach Mafias ass!

Daniel contacted us to schedule an Audit, he came out on the 10th and while he was in our home he offered an inspection. I never knew someone could pay so much attention to the small things. He pointed out that our bathroom sink had a slow leak, and also explained precautions we could take to protect our home. and even showed me pictures. Because of this, I was able to save thousands of dollars on water damage remediation. If he does pre purchase inspections I want him to inspect every house I am interested in buying.

He has always arrived in the time window Orkin's notification sends as a reminder. Christopher has always been kind, professional, cares, listens to my concerns and always asks how we have been doing and if we have noticed anything new going on with possible activity. After hiring Orkin in April out of Pensacola, bugs are gradually gotten worse. So all administrative problems aside with this office, they fail to deliver an effective service. Run to another vendor. Spending zero money would have been better. This office OPENLY admits to skipping service, admitted to conducting other services outside of agreement, and will not honor money back guarantee through service management escalation. There is a clear issue at the house and no one has been deployed to correct it... instead excuses and disrespectful behavior on the phone. I'll save details from Google review incase Orkin corporate would like to do something about it. But happy to share.
