I was honestly going to cancel the service after the first 2 appointments because the guys they had do it were in and out in literally 3 or 4 minutes. Only said what they had to and left. I decided to let them come out a 3rd time and I'm very happy I did. Mr. Derrin came out and did it right. Friendly, and way more knowledgeable. Took enough time to make me feel like he actually cared about my situation. He needs to be training the other guys.

The professional services provided by Orkin are good. However, for the second time in as many years, Orkin showed up at my home, unannounced, and inspected the termite bait station around my home. I did not know they were coming to my home as no one from Orkin contacted me for an inspection appointment. My neighbors knew I was not at home and witnessed a stranger walking around my home. They contacted the police for a possible burglary in progress...again! UPDATE: The Orkin service manager, 'Tom', made an appointment to meet with me to discuss the above stated issue. Tom & I discussed the probable miscommunication from the previous Orkin tech visit. Tom was very pleasant, presented a strong customer focus, and dedication to quality service. Tom conducted the annual termite inspection of my home while he was here. This is the type of Quality Professional Service that I have known from Orkin since 1988; 25 years! I can strongly recommend Orkin in Mobile, AL, and encourage new homeowners to contact Tom at Orkin for all your pest control needs. Good job, Tom! Thank you.
