This is a horrible company please do not call them for any of their services I had squirrels inside my attic and they charged over 10,000$ to replace insulation and and to get rid of the squirrels ?️ and the squirrels are still inside my house and nobody at Orkin will take responsibility I’m very frustrated because I paid for a service and I trusted Orkin with my home and they deceived me the work quality is poor they are not consistent with the promise and guarantees they make I wish I had called Terminex or some other company but I definitely do not recommend them for any work that your need on your house.. my name is Alfred Lee I will also attach photos of the squirrels that are still terrorizing my house

I called to reschedule the appointment time that your company had scheduled for me (without speaking to me). The technician came anyway (unannounced and 40 minutes after the time that was scheduled). When I explained (not irate as he stated in his report regarding the visit), that I had rescheduled and was not prepared for him to come in my house, he dodged my statement, insisted I sign the contract on his phone and then TOLD me he was going to check the perimeter of my house, without any regard for my expression of rescheduling the appointment. Then he proceeded to make his way around my house. This interaction is after I had been called 3 times after 6:30pm for a technician to be able to come by and I explained I would be able to schedule the appointment at a later date.
