We have been using Orkin since moving to Fort Walton Beach, Florida and few months ago. We have had the same technician, Christopher; whom has been great! He has always arrived in the time window Orkin's notification sends as a reminder. Christopher has always been kind, professional, cares, listens to my concerns and always asks how we have been doing and if we have noticed anything new going on with possible activity. Using Orkin has been seamless and great. My very first call to set up services was a great experience; the customer service representative was very upbeat and even had me laughing on the phone ! So many positive things with this company.

After hiring Orkin in April out of Pensacola, bugs are gradually gotten worse. So all administrative problems aside with this office, they fail to deliver an effective service. Run to another vendor. Spending zero money would have been better. This office OPENLY admits to skipping service, admitted to conducting other services outside of agreement, and will not honor money back guarantee through service management escalation. There is a clear issue at the house and no one has been deployed to correct it... instead excuses and disrespectful behavior on the phone. I'll save details from Google review incase Orkin corporate would like to do something about it. But happy to share.

ORKIN THERM ATTIC INSTALLATIONS We had bug/ installation put into our attic (Orkin Therm). The technician said it will kill any bugs that comes in contact with it and it would provide outstanding insulation to our attic during cold and hot months. Please save your money and don’t fall for it like i did. We spent $5,000 for this insulation. It doesn’t cover the whole attic only the living space, not above the garage so you’re not totally protected in the attic. The salesman told me after the fact that the insulation only covered the living space in the attic. The salesman also told me the insulation was fire resistant. I tested the insulation my self with bugs, it didn’t kill the bugs it came in contact with and it did burn. By the way the insulation is recycled shredded paper from a shredder. If you decide to be like me, ask to look at the insulation first. I just threw away $5,000 don’t be a FOOL like me.

Dalton the specialist technician, Took care of our Yard, and he was so nice and so polite to explain the issues and kind of bugs we have in our Yard and promised to take care of them! The service has been extremely friendly and professional from scheduling the initial service to routine appointment confirmations, checking on delay in arrival time, and the service itself. The price for the amount of service included was a pleasant surprise…especially to finally get some relief from this horrible rat problem we have already spent a small fortune trying to treat ourselves. Definitely time to hand it off to the experts!

We had a air conditioner leak, which in turn created a bit of a pest problem... Orkin came out last week for our First visit and explained everything, and did their thing... They just came back today as part 2 of the problem, and it has gotten Soo much better just in the first 2 visits. Christopher Rollo is our guy, and I just wanted to send a special thank you for everything, He is very professional, courteous and informative. We even have a little 4lb senior dog, and the pests are safe for her as well. We appreciate the service and professionalism. We are signed up for the continuous service and we are happy to have such honorable companies in our area. We will keep you posted... But we have had Less pests, even the outside one's. Overall, fantastic service!!

Update; (May 19, 2025) I need a bait trap replaced. We have made 6 calls over the last 3 weeks. One regional "do nothing" manager promised last week that they would be out "tomorrow". That did not happen. There have been no follow up calls at all. This service is now so bad that it is almost comical. This has to be the absolute worst service as an existing customer that I have ever had, the shame of it is that no one at the office seems to care (AT ALL)). We have paid a decent amount of money to be ignored by this under performing branch. I need to be contacted by management and compensated for this AWFUL lack of service. On the website a gentleman is listed as branch manger. The big reason we went with orkin several years ago was because of him. Evidently, he has been promoted beyond his effectiveness. If this wasn't such a high dollar change over we would be gone. Please change my stars from 5 to zero!!!! Orkin is now a joke.
