My experience with this company was deeply disappointing and filled with confusion. Initially, there was a scheduling mishap; the call center booked me, but the local office called back to say their schedule was full for another week. Thomas visited to assess the issue, and he provided a quote over the phone, promising to email me the detailed estimate from the office. Unfortunately, that email never arrived. When I followed up, Thomas directed me to Chad. As I tried to navigate through this process, reaching Chad proved difficult due to an emergency on his end. When I finally got through, Chad redirected me to David. David contacted me, insisting on a second inspection of my house. Following this inspection, he reported that the issue was more severe than Thomas had initially indicated, leading to a higher cost estimate. In an attempt to discuss these fluctuating quotes, I learned Chad was actually the manager. Although Chad acknowledged the series of miscommunications and errors on their part, he offered to honor Thomas's original phone quote only if I agreed to a $250 monthly pest control contract. This felt like a manipulation rather than a resolution. After a week of being passed around and getting nowhere, I decided to seek services elsewhere. This experience was a clear waste of time, showcasing a lack of straightforward communication and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend their services, as it seems they struggle with internal coordination and maintaining their commitment to the customer.
