Not the fault of the representative that works at our house, but clearly a fault of the greater Durham office. I've called several times, emailed several times, and contacted them through the contact form in my account. Nobody replies. We've moved and are still getting the automated text alerts about our upcoming Orkin visits at the old address. I had to freeze the credit card they have on file to try to get this across to them and they still haven't returned an email or call. I will not be using Orkin in the future and will be going with Terminix or a more local business. EDIT: I have called them again, using the number provided in the response to this review, and they did not answer. And have not called me back.

December 2023 I contacted Orkin about a ? problem. The representative (who was so sweet) on the phone assured me that, after 3 visits the issue would be resolved and/or; I would receive my money back guaranteed. She was right! The issue was eliminated the first time they came and set up the traps and sprayed. I’m truly impressed and relieved at the same time. Today (3/23/24) was Orkin 3rd visit and everything was great! A big thank you to employee Rodney Surratt he is so awesome! He was just as excited as I was about not seeing anymore pests. He does his job effectively and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having problems with pest, insects or etc. Thank you Orkin!

Dylan Alexander discovered a leak in my crawl space and recommended remediation as there was mold forming. In addition, he recommended replacement of the old insulation and re-encapsulating the area. He kept me in the loop during the entire process and was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. He helped me set up the humidity monitor application on my phone. He explained the various payment options clearly . All in all, a very positive experience because of his engagement in the process.
