Supposed to be maintenance on our termite control; ended up being a high pressure sales pitch for $15,000 service. Got a bunch of info about what they found and what they wanted to do and how much all of it would cost. Was never given detailed cost breakdown of each service or payment details after repeatedly asking. As soon as I said we are not buying anything today, his laptop was closed. At first I did think the pics and information I was being shown did show an issue. But after taking some time to think about it and the pressure to “buy now”, I have low confidence Orkin was providing reasonable inspection and remediation options.

Mr. Taylor is the inspector you want. He was extremely thorough and straight forward. He made sure my wife and I both understood what he was looking at and what was happening. Andre was amazing! He was very thorough and kind to our dogs who are afraid of people. He even noticed that my husband had golf and UNC decor, so he left him a UNC golf ball! Orkin does a great job and their employees are very nice.
