December 2023 I contacted Orkin about a ? problem. The representative (who was so sweet) on the phone assured me that, after 3 visits the issue would be resolved and/or; I would receive my money back guaranteed. She was right! The issue was eliminated the first time they came and set up the traps and sprayed. I’m truly impressed and relieved at the same time. Today (3/23/24) was Orkin 3rd visit and everything was great! A big thank you to employee Rodney Surratt he is so awesome! He was just as excited as I was about not seeing anymore pests. He does his job effectively and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having problems with pest, insects or etc. Thank you Orkin!

Dylan Alexander discovered a leak in my crawl space and recommended remediation as there was mold forming. In addition, he recommended replacement of the old insulation and re-encapsulating the area. He kept me in the loop during the entire process and was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. He helped me set up the humidity monitor application on my phone. He explained the various payment options clearly . All in all, a very positive experience because of his engagement in the process.

We had an issue with termites, called the company for service, service was fine but we ended up with a loan with 17% interest rate, that I absolutely don't recall signing up for. Tried repeatedly to contact the company to find out what happened, and then contacted their loan company (called Rollins acceptance) to figure out how to pay it off. It was after several months of calls and emails, before they finally send me a payoff amount, still ended up paying hundreds $ of interest. Be very careful with signing off on a service agreement with them, in there somewhere there is a hidden acceptance of a loan. Give a 2 star, because service provided was fine, so want the rating to reflect that.

Levi was *very* knowledgeable and personable. He found mosquito larva in one of my unused flower pots, let me know, and asked if I needed it drained. This was extremely nice of him since I couldn't get out there and do it myself due to a recent injury. I continue to be impressed with the quality of technicians Orkin sends and their level of expertise.

Maat and Andre came out for our initial meeting and inspection. Wow! So professional and nice. They explained everything they were looking for and our options for moving forward. Had a great experience. Gibson came out & walked around the house and inside the house with us. Told him what we thought our biggest issues were, mainly small ants. He also saw other issues and went above & beyond to help our problem go away. He was very knowledgeable about all insects & taught us a lot! Very friendly & made it so smooth & easy. Safe for our kids & pets. We now have an every other month plan for them to come out to keep the bugs away. In less than 12 hours there has already been a difference. & he let us know that if we saw any bugs or anything we weren’t happy with to please call in & they would come right back to fix the issue. Would recommend Orkin & Gibson any day!

Tony arrived at the house on time. He went over everything for his first visit. He was very professional and easy to talk to. It’s been a few days now and I have seen any small tiny spiders. Was thinking with the rain I might see some trying to come in but that hasn’t happened. Tony will be back in a few weeks for a follow up and then we are set for our quarterly sprays.
