Our problem was roaches in the garage - a big problem. After previously having someone walk through quickly and be gone in 15 minutes, we were sent a new technician named Mason. Mason is literally our white knight on a steed; he spent over an hour going through the house, around the outside of the house, through the yard, and even climbed up into the attic. He was as thorough as a technician could be. He was also extremely polite and helpful. We feel so much better knowing that Mason has our house protected! He’s the best!

I will never use this service again.. Don’t even spray in bedrooms. (Unless door are open) came to spray and because nobody was home the tech decided to just through some boxes around and leave .. I know he didn’t spray my house in 4 min because my landlord was outside the whole time next door .. then bill me that you were inside for 15 .. so just know if yr not home they are likely aren’t even giving you service but have no problem charging you for it .. when I called the office they were gonna send a different tech well that never happened .. and that was 2 months ago and still want me to pay 120.00 for service and a late fee .. what is wrong with business owners now days ..

Had extensive damage in our crawlspace from moisture and rodent problems. Got in contact with Orkin and set up an inspection to see what it was going to take to get it fixed. David came out and did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace and different options on repairing it. Once a plan was decided, the guys at Orkin came out and spent lots of time repairing everything and encapsulating our crawlspace. This project took almost a month due to all the damage that had been done but the guys at Orkin got it done. Our crawlspace is now clean and the problem before is no longer. David and his guys at Orkin are very professional and get the job done right. Plan on continuing business with Orkin for all of our pest control needs!
