Very thorough, explained everything in detail, left no stone unturned.Took pics showed and described to me what I was looking at this was ( Alex ) George came before Alex and was also very clear in what was going on in regards to the rodents in my home. Two guys here this AM up in attic since 7:30 removin insulation and anything that was made or left by rodents. So far so good.

A few months in update: Justin is still superb! He's timely and attentive to our entire Condo. He communicates from arriving to leaving and lets me know everything in between. Being a high rise complex it can be difficult but we are still bug free and feel comfortable heading into beach season for ourselves and our guests. Don't even hesitate in booking with Orkin! Very happy with our experience from Orkin-PCB so far. Only slight issues in regards to getting them access to our condos property but we all worked together and got them in. If you are looking for a company that will get it right, than Orkin is the company to go with! This is the best pest service around. I got quotes from other pest companies and Orkin was the best hands down. The payment plan they offered me is very affordable, that I'm able to keep their services. Plus the employees are so nice. They have never made me feel bad about my my pest situation. The Gentlemen who have come out are very efficient and boy did they get rid of the bugs fast. Plus when I needed them to come back out, they were here in no time. They explained what they were doing and sometimes they've had to explain it to me again. Never any judgement from them. So thankful for this company and the employees they have on their staff.

My service tech, George, was wonderful, but communications with the company even their paperwork were frustrating and confusing. (My first appointment was canceled an hour before, saying the tech was not available. I left 3 messages about a conflict with my new appointment, but no one ever called back about it. A contract had wrong billing address, but a correction has not yet been resent.)

I'm old. I do not carry my phone on me at all times. Though you sent me an email that the time had changed, I didn't see it. Showed up too early. I was in the shower and my daughter was getting ready for an appointment when workman showed up. He was told it was too early and rudely said he couldn't come back and because our yard is not mowed he couldn't do anything when others have. Very upsetting.
