Technicians will show up when you aren’t home despite canceling and rescheduling the appointment (surprise they didn’t show up to this one either) and when you aren’t there they’ll just forge your signature. They have missed two appointments now and I have not seen them since February but their withdrawals are fast. I’m absolutely disgusted Edit: It took the manager 6 months to finally contact me despite calling their office multiple times. Manager did very little to actually resolve the issue but asked me if they sent another technician out if I would change my review. The previous technician who forged my signatures and would not show up to appointments also took it upon himself to call me and accuse me of lying. The technicians sent this time have been helpful but the professionalism and customer service from this branch of the company is laughable at best.
