“This company was contracted to do my termite inspection and was able to find the smallest little tunnel hidden in the garage behind a bunch of the current homeowners stuff. Good thing! We had it treated. Then we actually hired these guys for pest control. I won't get into all the details but I will say we ran into a few hiccups. I was so upset with the company and the customer service and I was fuming about it until I finally decided to write in to them and explain the situation. What do you know? The girl I had a problem with is no longer at the company and I got the nicest email response back. I wanted my concerns heard and addressed. Well ask you shall receive. And while that mishap landed me at another pest control company, I wouldn't think twice about coming back here after my new contract is over, and I would absolutely recommend them to someone needing pest control. Customer service is so important to me. And in the real world mistakes happen, but it's what you do after those mistakes happen that can make you or break you. It makes them. Thanks!”
