Ben came out and performed an inspection, got the quote and I DESPERATELY tried to schedule an appointment for service date. There’s no direct line to the Gilbert office, you have to use the national line. Every time I called, transfer after transfer, no one could get me to the right place. Left messages. Even when I talked to someone, no one could look me up, even with the contract# from the estimate. Used the text messaging system on website, Eunice said someone would contact me in 48 hours (why not now?). No one ever did. This is weeks trying to get them to take my money lol. Finally gave up and went with a competitor who answered and scheduled me in 5min lol. This place is a mess.

One of the worst run companies I can think of. I have booked an appointment on the 17th, 18th, and 19th of October and have had no one show up any of those days. Every time I call they apologize and say my name isn’t in the system. This company has no desire to work hard nor fix obvious issues with their scheduling. I suggest dang near any other business. What a disgrace

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I used to use Terminix all the time, but after being away for a few years, they aren't the same company I remember. 3 months ago, I called to have them come out and spray. I had to call 3 times, get told my appointment had been removed, and never rescheduled before finally getting someone out. Fast forward 2 months, and I am scheduling a follow-up. Call 4 times to verify my appointment for this Saturday (7/8). Every time the person on the phone says yes, all good. I call an hour after my window and surprise, my appointment has been canceled, and I need to reschedule. No, I am done. I will never use Terminix again. I would rather try Uncle Bob's Can Do Pest Control before I ever try Terminix again. Fix your computer system, don't lie to "customers," and do your job. It's spraying for bugs in case you forgot.

Not happy with the inspecter not looking behind jasmine vines to check for activity. Said it was too difficult to get to it, but that's what I pay to have done. There are no thorns or harmful parts to a jasmine vine. That was my only issue.

Tried to call and set up an appointment while there was still a warranty on our home because there is a tunnel where it is obvious it has been treated at least 3 times before. I tried to call for over 6 weeks and left countless messages with no return call. I called a couple weeks ago and finally got someone on the phone who made an appointment. I stayed home so I could be here during the service time just for someone to not show up. I called and they said they would leave a message for my local office and someone would call me to fix the situation. Needless to say I am now out of my warranty because of the excessive length of time and I still can’t get a call back. I don’t see how anyone does business with them and I am even more concerned that whatever they use doesn’t work, how has this one small area needed to be treated so many times? This company seems to be way more trouble than they’re worth.

Called 4 days ago and set appt for today. I called earlier in the day to say they could come earlier if they like, as it’s the holiday weekend and a Friday and thought workers might want to get home earlier to their families. I was told they would still show up at 4 or earlier. It’s now 5:07 and I call to see where the tech is and the man on the phone spent more time asking how to pronounce my name after correcting him more than once, then said I didn’t even have an appt today…but then said he did see my appointment I made on the 19th but no one was coming….after I changed plans today and even spoke with someone 3 hours ago who confirmed there was someone coming. I really regret using this company, even in a no show. I should have used a small business from the start. ??‍♀️?‍♀️ - Charlotta

The service in terms of administration is awful. They do not staff the phones thus long waits and transfers. I think they switched to new systems and lot's of issues. No call back, when using the call back feature. I received an email confirmation of appointment. They never showed. I called and WAITED. They rescheduled without asking or telling me. They didn't get the recurrent billing started until I called about it. Then I had to pay like 3 months at once. The people I have talked to are nice, but who ever is making the decisions are not good. I would not recommend them based on my experience, at least at this time.
