They, at 4:00 p.m., after me sitting there all day waiting for them, texted me saying that the technician would not be able to come and they would not be able to come for another 10 days after that.

The guy I dealt with used a tablet to go through what I was signing up for, and within two weeks, somebody came out to assess the house and to begin treatment. Prior to them coming, I was doing something similar to what they’re doing. I’d mix up the stuff, spray it on the outside of the house with soap in it to get it to stick, and then spread pellets. It wasn’t that effective. Living in the south, we’ve got the palmetto bugs, which would be called a cockroach anywhere else. There are these big ones that tend to show up and I haven’t seen a big one since they started. What they’re doing is more effective than what I was doing.
