Peter was very pleasant. He sprayed the cracks and crevices around windows. He also went into the attic and inspected as well as put down snap traps for mice. He did the same in our shed. Very satisfied with service. Kind of felt sorry for him because he had to trace through the snow to get to our shed.

Alex was very personable. He explained all that he did, as well as explain mouse and rat behavior. Although it was late when he got the call to come to my house, he didn’t rush through and didn’t seem to be in a hurry to leave. Instead, he took the time to be thorough.

Fox pest control has miss lead me thinking they can get ride of our mouse issue. In our attic. The first visit by the technician was Zack and he was very helpful and recommended a two week follow up . He did come back and told us he can’t go in our attic due to company policies. I was never told this policy at the time they took my money and set up a quarterly inspection. Now we still have the mouse issue. They will not check the attic for mice as agreed and confirmed in initial conversation. I feel I was taken advantage of.

Beware of this company. They come to your house and spam call you incessantly. I decided to get what I thought would be a one time treatment for summer. They sold me on the one time treatment fee but sent me a contract which I didn’t read for a 12 month period. The tech who did the service had me sign a handheld device and did not go over any of the contract. The cancellation fee is $250 or you are getting billed $65/month. This is not what I agreed to or was told. Please give this review thumbs up to boost the relevancy so others do not fall into the same trap.

We signed up with Fox Pest control in March 2024 (24 month contract). In May 2025, we added a flea/tick contract for 5 months, because our young child had a tick bite. The person we spoke with by phone said we would only be charged for 5 months. However apparently in the fine print of the new contract, it had two different durations for flea/tick spraying. In one part of the contract, it says it was a 12 month contract. In another part, it says it was a 24 month contract. Today we called for clarification. We asked to speak to a manager, and were told we could not speak with anyone other than the woman on the phone. Told we apparently have to pay much longer than we were anticipating. She told us it was a 24 month contract but then was surprised when she also saw that it said 12 months in another part of the contract. But either way, the guy who told us we would have to only pay 5 months was lying, or the woman we spoke to today is lying.

The technicians were always friendly and respectful. However, they require a multi year contract at the time of signing up which isn’t always fully disclosed. Breaking that contract requires the customer to pay a penalty. The treatments are however probably somewhat effective, but I’m sure it’s possible to get similar service as these companies are plentiful and Fox isn’t inexpensive.

We had the outside of our home sprayed about 3 weeks ago for carpenter bees, yellow jackets, spiders, and pincher bugs as well as stink bugs. Three weeks later we still encountered carpenter bees, yellow jackets and spiders. The technician didn't do what was explained to me by the salesman the first time. The second time around the technician explained to me what should have been done the first time and assured me he would take care of it. I have to say the dusting is working as I have witnessed 6 carpenter bees dead on the ground. My 3 star is based on what I was told in the beginning by the salesman, what was done differently by the technician, and the inconvenience of coming out for a second time. The second technician answered all my questions and explained what would be done. Very knowledgeable.

Horrible company. WARNING STAY AWAY! Signed up for service. The guy said it would be a one time spray but when the tech showed up he had a form saying we were locked in for 2 years. Had to call the company to change service plan to agreed upon plan the kid knocking door to door said we were getting. They charged us more because of this. They claim they sprayed for bees. There was never any decrease in activity from bees. They said to wait 10 days to take effect. Now it's been 14 and I called saying they didn't spray right problem is same or worse. The guy first tried to sell me another plan. Then said they would charge to come back out. No guarantee on service. It's smoke and mirrors. Guys name was Conner. Wouldn't give last name then told me to be an adult when I said I wouldn't pay another dime to their scam company. Rude. Condescending. Lied to myself and my husband. Shady. Horrible experience. Con Artist. Stay away. Save your money

Tom was excellent! Very personable and explained things very well. He made suggestions to improve things like cutting some of the scrubs away from the house and trimming a tree. He is a good representative for your company!

Ray our technician was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. Very friendly and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Jared was professional and polite when he came to our house and explained what Fox Pest Control has to offer. I was looking for another pest control service. Had two other pest control companies prior and was a horrible experience. We really like that the tech explained everything. Thank you for great customer service!
