I have used Fox before. They provide great customer service and are able to resolve the problem each time. The receptionists and technicians are always friendly and accommodating. I know you tried to fix the problem however, after viewing your work from the inside there is still a substantial gap between the door and the ground surface which is unsatisfactory. I tried calling you but no answer. Please come back to complete the work or offer a refund, thank you!

Peter was very pleasant. He sprayed the cracks and crevices around windows. He also went into the attic and inspected as well as put down snap traps for mice. He did the same in our shed. Very satisfied with service. Kind of felt sorry for him because he had to trace through the snow to get to our shed.
