He asked me straight up were I wanted him to treat and I showed him the front porch & he mentioned if I wanted the shed done again & I replied sure if you don’t mind. I have used Fox before. They provide great customer service and are able to resolve the problem each time. The receptionists and technicians are always friendly and accommodating. They were able to get out to my house immediately for a carpenter ant problem and will come back as needed until it’s resolved.

I know you tried to fix the problem however, after viewing your work from the inside there is still a substantial gap between the door and the ground surface which is unsatisfactory. I tried calling you but no answer. Please come back to complete the work or offer a refund, thank you!
