Sydnee was amazing today. She noticed an issue that I planned to report to Fox (but it kept slipping my mind). A 'deck box' I keep on my front porch to store firewood had been infested by yellowjackets. She called me before starting the work and we worked out a plan together. She took the time and care to preserve as much wood as possible and only apply pesticides to the pieces necessary. I am very happy with the communication and thoroughness of her work. Fox: You've got a good one with Sydnee! One of the easiest 5 out of 5 ratings I've ever given.

So far I'm very impressed with the service and customer service of Fox Pest Control. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, I really enjoyed meeting and talking with the sales technician. We had a very pleasant conversation. The price was right and I couldn't think of any reason to not get the service, and I'm glad we did. Five stars all the way.

This company really is thoughtful and helpful. There were some billing issues and they took care of it super quick and really went above and beyond. They responded quickly and were so nice - I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Adrian came out and was so respectful and polite. Unfortunately he could not do treatment today but they quickly rescheduled for a couple days out. Thank you!!

He was very thorough both inside and out and trying to eliminate avenues of entry to my house is pleasant clean And efficient. Good job on the spray and respectful treatment of our property! We appreciate the detailed notes about the organic products used, and what specific areas of our property were treated avoiding the sensitive area as per our request. It's reassuring to know, we can call back the tech for a re-treatment at no cost if anything is missed and/or insufficiently treated. Till the next one! We have been with Fox for several years now and, so far, so good! Also, the customer service is always polite and responsive when we contact them by phone; lastly, any minor issues with certain techs were always promptly addressed.
