*Update* Changing my rating to a 1 star for poor customer service, no change with their techs who came over who were great. I sent a text to the direct sales rep who told me I could contact him at any time. I reached out Thursday morning about canceling and he replied back in 2mins. Told him my thoughts and wanting to cancel, he replied right away and told me he could offer me a better a real. I told him we still wanted to cancel and crickets, haven't heard back from him. Seems shady that when in danger of losing the commission, he responds immediately but when I mention that I still don't want the service, he can't reply back. I had a mixed experience with Fox Pest Control. On the positive side, Dalton and his team did a great job. They were efficient, completing the service in under 20 minutes, and they did a great job of clearly communicating what they were doing and what I could expect. They even arrived earlier than scheduled, though the early morning timing did catch me off guard. I do however have issue regarding their sales process. While I get it that door to door sales is a difficult job, the approach felt pushy. My information was added to a service agreement and payment details were requested before I had even agreed to the service. They should adjust how they do this and maybe they should provide the sales pitch and ask if the customer is interested before jumping straight into paperwork and payment collection. Despite my frustrations with the sign-up process, the actual service provided by the technicians was solid.

I had a very positive experience when Kyle came out for a targeted treatment yesterday. This was a service between regularly scheduled maintenance treatments, after I noticed what looked to be wasp activity around the heating vent above my back sliding door. Between when I called and when Kyle came out for the service (which was about a week) I also noticed activity at the front of my house at some of the shutters. Kyle explained to me what he was going to do and what I could expect to see over the next days and weeks. He did the treatment then afterwards showed me again where he treated and answered questions I had. He explained what to do in case I did see any additional activity. Kyle also pointed out a tree in our backyard that was hanging over part of our roof and gave me the advice to trim it back a bit more to keep critters from crawling onto the roof, which I appreciated. All in all, I had a great experience.

Tech Jeremy Secor was next door on a scheduled call when I cornered him unscheduled to deal with a previous issue re: bees, etc here and he was willing to deal with this even though it wasn't on his schedule for the day. I was most impressed with his attention to my concerns and his willingness to tackle the problem. He impresses me with his sincere interest in all my issues and would recommend him to those at your place of business.

I am on a contract with Fox Pest Control and I love the service!! Anytime I have any kind of problem in between my regular quarterly home inspections and service they come right out same-day service. I spotted two rats on my deck because I had a birdfeeder and the seeds were falling down and I called and they came out the same day and rebated my bait stations which were all empty!! . There’s a lot of activity this time of year and I just appreciate so much being able to call and get someone out here so quickly..my technician today was exceptionally thorough. Really appreciate the service!!

After dealing with an incredibly frustrating experience with Orkin — including a no-show appointment, zero communication, and being unable to even get someone on the phone — working with Matt was a complete turnaround. My Tech did a thorough job reviewing the land and the property. And my initial install of the fox traps I was told that every 2 to 3 weeks someone would stop by to see how many of the traps had bait taken or still some left and there was no record of that. Said Kyle did a thorough job rebating all the traps that were mostly empty or totally empty. I trust what Kyle told me today will come true in the weeks to And the folks that actually transcribe the service will pay more attention to what the tax are telling the customers. Great job Kyle thanks for your work outside my house And garage.

DeShon as always was professional, considerate, knowledgeable and customer focus. When we are home he makes it a point to stop by and discuss what was done any areas of concern, we or he may have and any pending future issues that may or not happen. Great service. And a wonderful smile and personality doesn't hurt either in a job that property owners lose their minds over

Kyle showed up same day on time and was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do and then did each step, was very organized and kept house clean when entering and exiting the house and informed us when he was done. Was very knowledgeable about each process and explained they will come back if we see any issue later. Wife and I are very happy with Kyle and Fox Pest as the stink bugs are all over. Monthly cost is much lower after the initial visit.
