The technicians were so very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were 2 of them as one was in training. They were both efficient and really seemed to enjoy both doing their jobs and enjoyed being together. Honestly, every technician I’ve had come to the house has been wonderful and speaks so highly of Fox Pest Control.

I was a reluctant member of Fox Pest Control who came every 4 months and sprayed the outside of my house. That diminished the number of hornets I had buzzing my home and it was nice. I then had a problem in the back of my home when we discovered a yellow jackets nest. We had a person stung nine times and others stung also. I called Fox and they responded immediately, went into the side of the house with a bee suit on. They spayed the bees, cut out the nest and killed the queen. They did all of this under my membership agreement and didn't cost me any additional money. I was a reluctant member but I find now that they are great insurance against all pests.

So thorough and good at explaining what she found. When I signed up for this service, I had some buyer's regret over the price. But now that I'm getting such good service, I have no regrets at all.

Fox has great customer service, it is quick and easy to schedule a technician to come out as needed. With that being said, there is only ONE technician we are willing to have come as he is the ONLY one that does a thorough and honest job. Tony is polite, thorough, informative and goes above and beyond each time. I believe he would still be the best even if other technicians were any good. Any other technician that has come did nothing, and lied about it. Our contract is far to expensive to deal with anyone but Tony. Five stars for Tony, four stars for fox because I can text to schedule appointments, zero stars for everyone else (that we have come across so far).

Sydnee was amazing today. She noticed an issue that I planned to report to Fox (but it kept slipping my mind). A 'deck box' I keep on my front porch to store firewood had been infested by yellowjackets. She called me before starting the work and we worked out a plan together. She took the time and care to preserve as much wood as possible and only apply pesticides to the pieces necessary. I am very happy with the communication and thoroughness of her work. Fox: You've got a good one with Sydnee! One of the easiest 5 out of 5 ratings I've ever given.

So far I'm very impressed with the service and customer service of Fox Pest Control. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, I really enjoyed meeting and talking with the sales technician. We had a very pleasant conversation. The price was right and I couldn't think of any reason to not get the service, and I'm glad we did. Five stars all the way.
