My Tech did a thorough job reviewing the land and the property. And my initial install of the fox traps I was told that every 2 to 3 weeks someone would stop by to see how many of the traps had bait taken or still some left and there was no record of that. Said Kyle did a thorough job rebating all the traps that were mostly empty or totally empty. I trust what Kyle told me today will come true in the weeks to And the folks that actually transcribe the service will pay more attention to what the tax are telling the customers. Great job Kyle thanks for your work outside my house And garage.

When we are home he makes it a point to stop by and discuss what was done any areas of concern, we or he may have and any pending future issues that may or not happen. Great service. Kyle showed up same day on time and was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do and then did each step, was very organized and kept house clean when entering and exiting the house and informed us when he was done. Was very knowledgeable about each process and explained they will come back if we see any issue later. Wife and I are very happy with Kyle and Fox Pest as the stink bugs are all over. Monthly cost is much lower after the initial visit.

Hello, I truly enjoyed the great reviews posted. My experience was being told one version of services and cost, to have it changed with out my knowledge or consent. It went from a quarterly bill to a monthly bill. I had a worker coming out well after the designated time from and then broke in to my baracaded back yard that prevented my dogs (Pit Bulls) from getting out or at someone, she took an unnecessary and unauthorized chance. They were very pleasant over the phone through it all.

The technicians were so very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were 2 of them as one was in training. They were both efficient and really seemed to enjoy both doing their jobs and enjoyed being together.
