I was dealing with a women named Harriet, and she not only yelled at me several times, but hung the phone up on me three times! We had a termite inspection done for the purchase of our house, and it took them over a week to get the report back...when we were told it would only take 1-2 days! My husband called several times through the week and left messages, and never received a call back....Then when I finally got Harriet on the phone 6 days after the inspection was done...She said she never got any messages from my husband! I asked to speak to the owner three different times, and was told they were not available. Please think twice before using this company....save yourself the stress and headache and go with another company!”
