“They came to fix the bug issues we had at my grandmothers house. At first after the house was treated and it worked for a few weeks. Then the bugs came back and after spending as much as we did I would think that they would guarantee that it would work but they come back twice and still haven't gotten rid of them. Still charging for a house call.”

“I'm here to say that my husband and I have had Dodson Pest Control over the years to maintain any pest situation that arises. They have always been faithful in their regular visits. Whenever I've had an issue with any pests, they put my concern on the next regular visit or sometimes come right out depending upon the issue. Most of the time we just have exterior treatments to keep pests away, but occasionally we need more and they will come inside and treat a problem. Today, I called and talked to Kelly. She added my concern of bees building nests underground in the mulch that I noticed just yesterday. She let me know that Karen is due out and will be dealing with my concern. We have a tree line behind our house and it's not unusual at different times of the year to have bug issues. The staff has always been courteous and reliable and I highly recommend them. :)”

“I live in an apartment for 8.5 years. 2 years ago was the first time we started having ant problems. This is the same time the property manager switched to Dodson. Two weeks ago they came out to spray for ants. (The gentleman was very respectful) but 3 days later the ants were back even worse than before. We called a week ago and they said the tech would call us back. He never did! I guess it's up to us to take care of it ourselves. If it was up to us, we would drop Dodson all together!!”
