Service today was 5 star. Joseph was courteous & respectful; he listened to my concerns & addressed resolution immediately. He was very thorough with the treatment & removed his shoes upon entering my home. Terminex should have more techs like Joseph.

The two gentlemen who came to our home were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. I would 100% recommend Terminix (:

Absolute nightmare to deal with this company. AVOID TERMINIX AT ALL COSTS. Worst experience of my life. Repeatedly made appointments for an apartment complex for bedbug treatments, REPEATEDLY they failed to follow through. I made appointments for a date, then on the day they said someone would come, the appointment would be mysteriously canceled, every single time. This went on for months. We had regular pest control appointments set up as well. Only once did the employee actually come by, and I had to push the company to actually check on their employees. I cannot understate just how dishonest and untrustworthy this company showed themselves to be. Perhaps residential accounts have better experiences, but this was the single worst experience i have ever had with any company in my life.

The representative, Shawn, came out and arrived within a reasonable time frame of scheduled appointment. He was very knowledgeable on the issue. He was able to answer questions and provide feedback on things I can do to help prevent future issues. He was friendly and had a good attitude toward his chosen profession. I hope he continues to stay my Tech for the duration of my services. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable for the type of service being provided.
