It was the day before Thanksgiving, but I was quickly going to be (if not already) developing a rat infestation in my walkout basement/garage. Mason Hannah came out (mind you it is deer hunting season and the day before family gatherings) and took his time to help. That customer service alone was refreshing. He set up plenty of traps and gave tips on which peanut butter works best and showed me how the traps work. He also said that if I had any questions whatsoever, to just call and they would take care of things. It was a pleasant experience given that I've never called a rodent control company before and have heard that people have been less than pleased regarding other companies. Lastly, in the first month the tech (Greg) will come out multiple times to check and reset any bait traps and seal up the basement garage door and other gaps with their flex armor trim and expanding metal infused sprays. Overall a stress free experience. Thanks, Mason!

He always provides me a courteous text to let me know when to expect him, and he has been thorough with each treatment application. We called to start service and on the very first visit he found termites. The technician told me he would have to call a “termite tech” out to check into it and I thought it would take at least a couple of days but he was there within the hour! They both explained everything very thoroughly and were very personable, which is great since we knew the tech would be our same one every month. We got an appointment for the termite treatment quickly and everything was done very efficiently. Terminix has been a company that has been used in our family for years and we couldn’t be happier to use them in our new home.
