Absolute nightmare to deal with this company. AVOID TERMINIX AT ALL COSTS. Worst experience of my life. Repeatedly made appointments for an apartment complex for bedbug treatments, REPEATEDLY they failed to follow through. I made appointments for a date, then on the day they said someone would come, the appointment would be mysteriously canceled, every single time. This went on for months. We had regular pest control appointments set up as well. Only once did the employee actually come by, and I had to push the company to actually check on their employees. I cannot understate just how dishonest and untrustworthy this company showed themselves to be. Perhaps residential accounts have better experiences, but this was the single worst experience i have ever had with any company in my life.

He was able to answer questions and provide feedback on things I can do to help prevent future issues. He was friendly and had a good attitude toward his chosen profession. It was the day before Thanksgiving, but I was quickly going to be (if not already) developing a rat infestation in my walkout basement/garage. Mason Hannah came out (mind you it is deer hunting season and the day before family gatherings) and took his time to help. That customer service alone was refreshing. He set up plenty of traps and gave tips on which peanut butter works best and showed me how the traps work. He also said that if I had any questions whatsoever, to just call and they would take care of things. It was a pleasant experience given that I've never called a rodent control company before and have heard that people have been less than pleased regarding other companies. Lastly, in the first month the tech (Greg) will come out multiple times to check and reset any bait traps and seal up the basement garage door and other gaps with their flex armor trim and expanding metal infused sprays.
