Rob was amazing! He came out right away and solved the “mystery dust” we have had for months. Thinking it was the worst, termites… carpenter ants…. something destructive, he took his time, took samples back to the office and figured out it was dust from our aging roof!!! What a relief! He did the normal service while here and told us to call back in two weeks if we still had any issues. He was so thorough, he called back and told us what to do in the event one of the puppies stepped on a glue trap (to collect mystery dust)…. making sure we didn’t pull it off and injure their paws. That what above and beyond! I can’t say enough about Rob and how great he was. Took the time, kept in contact, followed up right away and now our mind is as ease.

Rob at Terminix is great. He has always listened to my pest issues and corrects them right away. Today’s problem was a very large hornet nest hanging down from a tree right by a sidewalk many people walk on. I texted him about it with pictures and in less than an hour he called me and told me what his plan was to get it taken care of this week. And, as always, he has taken care of it and I no longer have a nest on my property. Terminix is great and Rob is the best.

Kyle is the gentleman that takes care of my services. He’s thorough, friendly and provides a detailed outline of what you can expect each treatment. The thing I appreciate about Terminix is that if I see increased bugs due to treatments dying off early, they are quick to respond and come back out to take care of everything.
