Rob at Terminix is great. He has always listened to my pest issues and corrects them right away. Today’s problem was a very large hornet nest hanging down from a tree right by a sidewalk many people walk on. I texted him about it with pictures and in less than an hour he called me and told me what his plan was to get it taken care of this week. And, as always, he has taken care of it and I no longer have a nest on my property. Terminix is great and Rob is the best.

Kyle is the gentleman that takes care of my services. He’s thorough, friendly and provides a detailed outline of what you can expect each treatment. The thing I appreciate about Terminix is that if I see increased bugs due to treatments dying off early, they are quick to respond and come back out to take care of everything. This service is definitely worth it!

can’t say enough good things about John from Terminix! He tackled a tough infestation of carpenter ants, carpenter bees, elder bugs, and wasps at our home with incredible expertise and care. John treated both the interior and exterior thoroughly, leaving no stone unturned. His knowledge was impressive—he took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we understood what was being done and why. John’s kindness and courtesy made the experience even better. He was patient, answering all our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. He even meticulously removed mini wasp nests tucked under our deck railing between each spindle—a level of dedication that truly stood out. John didn’t rush; he took all the time needed to completely solve the problem. We’re beyond grateful for his professionalism and outstanding service. Highly recommend John!

We have Tony as our technician, and he is amazing. We wanted to go with some more humane options for the furry friends in our house, but wanted to show no mercy with the creepy crawlies. He's happy to work with and around the work our other wildlife removal folks do to keep us free of bugs. He's in and out in a flash and always does good work. He took the time to notice entry points I would not have realized were there and he even sealed them off! We’ve had Tony come to our home for the past few years and we are so happy with his services. He’s extremely professional and kind and respectful of our home. That in itself is what’s more important to me; respecting my home. We contemplated saving on costs by cancelling our account with Terminex but Tony reassured us that is highly advised to continue services and he wasn’t pushy at all! He made us feel comfortable with our decision to continue. Tony always does a great job by alerting us of what was cleaned, sprayed, needs more attention to and responding to text messages.
