Extremely disappointed with Terminex. I wouldnt given it a 1star. We had ZERO support in getting even an appointment set for service. The "help line" is garbage. I called and said techinican would call me for appointment. Never did. I texted help line and told be a confirmed appointment. No one came. Called again. Was told appointment was not on file. So set up new appointment. No one came. Called again. Appointment not on file. Called again asked for supervisor. Supervisor said the employees before didnt properly set up appointment. Supervisor escalated issue to have branch manager call. No one did. Wasted a months time. Abaolutely horrible experience. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Its a big company with zero pride in customer happiness. Ill be taking my business elsewhere along with my other family members.

Josue did a fantastic and thorough job treating my home! He was kind and was very helpful answering all of my questions. A scheduling error occurred at the start of today (completely unrelated to Josue) and when I called initially, they weren’t going to accommodate their error. Thankfully the wonderful team Including Josue and Tony, found a way to follow through on the original scheduled day. I’m so appreciative and so glad it worked out, as I very much understood, it was beyond their doing or control! So grateful

Carl has been servicing my house for the last year or so every time he comes in I learned something new experience that he brings is outstanding. I heard that he might be moving to a different area that he’s gonna be servicing which makes me not that happy because he has been doing great. He has been addressing all the issues that I’ve had recently in my house. Really appreciate everything and he’s a great professional Service member.

Rob was amazing! He came out right away and solved the “mystery dust” we have had for months. Thinking it was the worst, termites… carpenter ants…. something destructive, he took his time, took samples back to the office and figured out it was dust from our aging roof!!! What a relief! He did the normal service while here and told us to call back in two weeks if we still had any issues. He was so thorough, he called back and told us what to do in the event one of the puppies stepped on a glue trap (to collect mystery dust)…. making sure we didn’t pull it off and injure their paws. That what above and beyond! I can’t say enough about Rob and how great he was. Took the time, kept in contact, followed up right away and now our mind is as ease.

Rob is very thorough. Always calls days before his arrival to be sure he covers all concerns. He leaves a summary vm afterward and is available in between scheduled checks for problems that may come up. He’s very personable, professional and reliable.

Rob at Terminix is great. He has always listened to my pest issues and corrects them right away. Today’s problem was a very large hornet nest hanging down from a tree right by a sidewalk many people walk on. I texted him about it with pictures and in less than an hour he called me and told me what his plan was to get it taken care of this week. And, as always, he has taken care of it and I no longer have a nest on my property. Terminix is great and Rob is the best.

Kyle is the gentleman that takes care of my services. He’s thorough, friendly and provides a detailed outline of what you can expect each treatment. The thing I appreciate about Terminix is that if I see increased bugs due to treatments dying off early, they are quick to respond and come back out to take care of everything. This service is definitely worth it!
