Rob at Terminix is great. He has always listened to my pest issues and corrects them right away. Today’s problem was a very large hornet nest hanging down from a tree right by a sidewalk many people walk on. I texted him about it with pictures and in less than an hour he called me and told me what his plan was to get it taken care of this week. And, as always, he has taken care of it and I no longer have a nest on my property. Terminix is great and Rob is the best.

can’t say enough good things about John from Terminix! He tackled a tough infestation of carpenter ants, carpenter bees, elder bugs, and wasps at our home with incredible expertise and care. John treated both the interior and exterior thoroughly, leaving no stone unturned. We have Tony as our technician, and he is amazing. We wanted to go with some more humane options for the furry friends in our house, but wanted to show no mercy with the creepy crawlies.
