Miguel was great. He came to service for termite protection, but was happy to check our attic’s traps and remove used ones. While he was up there he noticed a possible leak in our roof and brought it to our attention. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Communication was great. On time.

Our service rep, Rusty, came into our home, did a thorough inspection, and explained what we needed to do to tackle the situation we were facing (squirrels and rats in attic). The technician's assigned to the job came to our house promptly and did an exceptionally well job. On my way to work yesterday morning I was almost hit by one of their exterminators, who decided the SHOULDER on the right was the best place to speed in to cut through traffic. Managed to get this picture of their plate at the stop light where 90 east exits to 1604. If anyone from the company sees this was around 6:30am on 12/17/2025. Train your drivers better

I previously requested to cancel my termite service and Miquel Perez came out to complete that request. But upon listening to him and seeing his professionalism, I took him upon his offer and promise to find, service and/or replace any stations he could not find. He was he equipped with a scanner to do the job correctly which was actually the first time a technician who came out had the proper equipment to accomplish the job. (Others that came always said they could find only 1 or 2 and would have to reschedule because they did not have a scanner with them. (Which never happened) And I can remember one guy came and left without servicing any stations. So because of the sincerity I witnessed in Miquel’s performance, I decided to call customer service and request “not” to cancel my service. I compliment Miguel on a job well done. Thank you!

I had a termite inspection done on my home and the service inspector Kip did a great job. He explained the things to improve on and what he found which we minor stuff. Also gave me some more pointer on what to look for in my yard. Also informed me about the Termite protection plan. He was very informative.
