From the moment he arrived, Paul was courteous, respectful, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help were greatly appreciated. It is rare to meet someone who combines such exceptional customer service with true professionalism and kindness. Paul clearly takes great pride in his work and treats customers with sincerity and respect. Terminix is fortunate to have someone of Paul’s caliber on their team. Eric Alvarado has been our service tech for over 5 years. He has always been on point with communication and following instructions. Having a multi dog household, he is very mindful of the property and ensuring everything is secure when he leaves. The most significant moment that showcased Eric’s skill and knowledge level was when he tackled our house after we had a different tenant in it for two years. During our two years away, the tenant let the house go - numerous large wasps nest around the perimeter, spider and spider webs everywhere inside and out, well-established fire ant mounds throughout the property, fruit flies galore inside, and a significant German roach infestation inside the kitchen. Though we were stationed in California waiting to PCS to San Antonio, communication with Eric was easy and stress free. I saw pictures and videos of the property before Eric’s initial visit. After the first visit, there was a noticeable improvement - the property was habitable. When we arrived to the house after 20+ hours of driving, I saw all the removed wasps nest around the property, inactive fire ant mounds, and insect carcasses around the property, inside and out. He also provided educational information on the various insects we were dealing with (life cycle, habitat, etc.) and what I can do to prevent another infestation. It was wonderful information and since restarting treatments at our property, there has been ZERO issues with reoccurring pests that are not out of the ordinary. With this latest experience, I truly appreciate Eric’s knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to getting the job done correctly without cutting corners.

James from the Terminex Commercial team came to my place of employment and treated the building and ground for termites. I approached him while working and he stopped and very patiently explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. James went above and beyond and came in my office to treat at the actual site. He was kind and knowledgeable and so appreciated the time he took with me. Well done Terminex for hiring top notch employees and doing a great job!

STOP IN YOUR TRACKS RIGHT NOW AND CALL TERMINIX AND I WOULD ALWAYS REQUEST LAMARCUS👏 LaMarcus gave us the most honest, professional, knowledgeable and best advice, and even took the time to explain any and every single one of my questions, AND THEN SOME 🙌 if I could give him 1 MILLION out of 5 stars, I most definitely would! He deserves a raise because he is the EXPERT when it comes to not only all things inspection/treatment services, but all things customer service and customer connection- which in my personal experience, is what really keeps customers forever coming back!!! Miguel was great. He came to service for termite protection, but was happy to check our attic’s traps and remove used ones. While he was up there he noticed a possible leak in our roof and brought it to our attention. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Communication was great. On time.

Our service rep, Rusty, came into our home, did a thorough inspection, and explained what we needed to do to tackle the situation we were facing (squirrels and rats in attic). The technician's assigned to the job came to our house promptly and did an exceptionally well job. On my way to work yesterday morning I was almost hit by one of their exterminators, who decided the SHOULDER on the right was the best place to speed in to cut through traffic. Managed to get this picture of their plate at the stop light where 90 east exits to 1604. If anyone from the company sees this was around 6:30am on 12/17/2025. Train your drivers better

I previously requested to cancel my termite service and Miquel Perez came out to complete that request. But upon listening to him and seeing his professionalism, I took him upon his offer and promise to find, service and/or replace any stations he could not find. He was he equipped with a scanner to do the job correctly which was actually the first time a technician who came out had the proper equipment to accomplish the job. (Others that came always said they could find only 1 or 2 and would have to reschedule because they did not have a scanner with them. (Which never happened) And I can remember one guy came and left without servicing any stations. So because of the sincerity I witnessed in Miquel’s performance, I decided to call customer service and request “not” to cancel my service. I compliment Miguel on a job well done. Thank you!
