This is a horrible company to work with Do not use them I asked for flea service for a small apartment and asked for a follow up. They had no record of the treatment. I had to provide them the name of tech that came out ugh called customer service and was told that I canceled the contract after the treatment so no follow up provided unless I spent another 300 dollars for another contract horribly deceptive money grab company use anyone else.

Had made an appt. Had to board my dogs due to the treatment I was getting they were a no call no show I called the office. The girl I talked to was awesome wish I had got her name she tried everything to resolve this. Cuz it was after 5 on a Friday she said it could take up to 2 business days to fix. So on Tues afternoon I called to see where we were with this and the person said I was scheduled at 3. After a long discussion and him being annoyed with me we rescheduled later. After thoughts were why am a dealing with this called them back and cancelled the service I then called orkin pest control just an fyi they were the best got next day service very professional . Do not use terinix at all. And by the way after cancelling the tech called and said he was on the way smh

WARNING ⛔️ DO NOT USE! I had a sales man come to my door. I didn’t have a pest problem, they sent him to me. Walked through my yard with me to discuss all benefits I would see throughout my yard if I got this treatment, especially around my pool. They gave me such a good price I thought I’d try it! BIG MISTAKE. First note this is a monthly payment but only a quarterly treatment, this is upstate NY we don’t have bugs 6 months out of the year. He even went as far as to tell me, you might see a lot pop up in the first month because of their eggs under ground but don’t worry we will be back in a month. Second I was told that the initial payment was 400 (although I was getting a discount) because of how extensive the treatment would be! Imagine my surprise when the tech got here and told me that she doesn’t treat my yard AT ALL. Pool bugs she can’t help with. And she was only here for a quick spray around the perimeter of my house. It took less than 15 minutes. And at this point I didn’t argue because it was that moment I realized I never even received a copy of my service agreement like I was told and I had no idea what I was actually signed up for. I then realized they had also charged an extra $50 dollars more than we had discussed. I contacted the salesman who said that he put in a request to fix the payment and get me the service agreement. And days went by and I heard nothing. I then contacted the company and they were FINALLY able to provide the service agreement, confirming that salesman signed me up for something completely different than what he had discussed with me. They refused to refund my money despite the fact that they sent someone for a service that wasn’t discussed, I didn’t want, I didn’t need and I wasn’t made aware of. This company lacks integrity, transparency and accountability. I hope the tech realizes how much better she is than this company because she was AMAZING. The rest of the company is money hungry and just ready to get you to sign on the dotted line. Please keep in mind, I don’t write complaints about companies online often. Infact I told them this was coming and tried to give them every opportunity to handle this but they are determined to keep my money and if it’s happening to me it is surely happening to other people as well

New update: tech Curtis came today told me he had come the day i had my second appointment and that it just lined up with 30 minute i wasn’t home. Today he also knocked out a couple of things inside that i wanted to get sprayed which was helpful he was kind and professional. My only advice would be if no one’s home leave some kind of proof that the job was done or their was at least an attempt to. Terrible start two times techs have been scheduled and no one showed. I’m taking off time from work to be there for the appointment and no one is showing up. They’ve also already charged me.

The worst experience I ever had! Made an appointment for carpenter ants to be remedied. Was given a 1-5 pm on a Friday. No one showed up or called . I called Terminix 7 times for answers. No one was able to reach tech or supervisor. I also was "accidently" charged $214.xx for a service I never received. I was never informed why no one showed up. Worst experience and waste of my time. Terminix does not value customer's !!!

We had 2 sales men stop by and do an inspection 2 weeks ago, we set up to have inside and out treated for bees and ants, they said they would be here the following Wednesday and that they were doing 2 of our neighbors that day also. Wednesday comes and Noone showed or called it took many attempts calling to get through and actually speak to someone, was told that they would be out following Tuesday between 2:30and 4:30 and they would call and confirm in morning prior to coming, no call ,my husband called them to see when they would be arriving to make sure someone was home so they had access to treat inside, was told we did not schedule for inside only outside he corrected them, they were to look into it and call back still no call back. Services were paid for on day of first inspection 2 weeks ago, payment has gone through but yet no services received. For a well established pest business they are very unprofessional and lack customer service and communication. All of these bad reviews and the response is same, send an email with address, account, review message, service required....how about show up and do what your paid to do when scheduled or refund us! Even a phone call would be nice.

This review is not for the quality of their service, but rather their sales tactics. I had an unpleasant experience with a very pushy door-to-door salesperson. This individual kept at it for 15-20 minutes and would not take a hint that I was not interested, despite me telling him so at multiple points in our conversation. Eventually I had to be rude and just outright tell him that I was going back inside my house. The experience was very off-putting and for that I would not consider using Terminix.

Terrible company, set up an appointment, they never showed up. Kept me on hold for 45 mins to "figure out my account". Not recommending to anyone. Seriously unprofessional and I'm not a fan of wasting my time when my problem is semi urgent due to children being in the home...

Fast and effective. Bees appear to be gone. Even though it was not an issue I addressed. Covering the house perimeter was included and it solved my ant problem.
