For approximately five years, I have utilized Terminix services, intermittently. Today, Cheavor Gordon conducted a wildlife inspection. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, meticulously inspecting all areas and providing candid feedback. I highly endorse Cheavor for inspections. Additionally, I would like to review my technician, Jason Brown, who has been my home exterminator on and off since 2021 and is also one of the most proficient Terminix technicians. They all collaborated to ensure that my needs have been adequately addressed.

Original Post: Super happy with Tim from Terminix. We were using a different service for mouse control but they said since we lived in a townhome it was hopeless(!) Terminix came in and has a plan for exclusion, not to mention found mouse entry points that their competitor didn’t bother to find. Super happy! Update: Original review above was written after discussion with salesperson, as are most of the Terminix reviews written here (they put pressure on the prospective client to review at point of sale, before services are rendered). Price was insanely high, but I thought it worth it if it was really going to be effective. Since then I have learned that the other company servicing us was correct -- because we are in a townhome, there will never be complete exclusion (unless all adjacent townhomes also undergo exclusion services). When I saw how much time it took them to do the work (not much) and found out it still won't be effective at excluding mice, I was devastated and horrified at how much we spent. Additionally, Terminix puts you under contract with a loan company, selling your contract almost immediately. If you have any issues with the product they have little incentive to resolve it as they have already been paid (by the loan company), and the loan company is extremely difficult to get in touch with. The work they did itself was fine though not superlative. Pieces were unfinished, but I couldn't get in touch with any one to actually get it finished (see above issues with financial incentive to make clients happy). If you are at the point of sale and think the price tag is really high but "probably worth it," pause for a day before buying. And maybe price a competitor. Ugh.

He explained everything he was going to do and after he was done He showed us what did to protect the house and like Hieu he was polite

Full on team -in person- answered all our questions and helped resolved our issues in a VERY timely manner. Chevy, Christian, Jared and Steve were informative and super helpful. We will be continuing with our services with Terminix because of how helpful everyone was - communication with this local office is 100x better than dealing with the call center - i recommend contacting this office locally, and you wont be disappointed.

Chevy was outstanding during my termite inspection! From the moment he arrived, it was clear he really knew his stuff. He was focused on every detail and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was looking for and why. I appreciated how patient he was, he answered all my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed. Chevy also showed me exactly where the issues were and explained each step of the process moving forward in a way that was easy to understand.
