We found out 4 days ago we might have termites. I called a local exterminator but they never got back to me. I called Terminix yesterday and they helped set up an appointment for 1:00-3:00pm for an inspector to visit and Cheavor (Chevy) Gordon came out today. He texted and called in the morning to confirm our meeting, which I really appreciate! He arrived quickly and was kind, helpful, and professional. He helped explain the issue we were having and was very thorough. I really appreciate his willingness to help, his personable demeanor, and his knowledge about his profession. He is amazing!! Thank you, Chevy, for all of your help and kindness!! We really appreciate it!! I hope Terminix does whatever they need to do (a bonus, a pay raise, more time off, etc.) to keep you as a representative!!

My service Tech gentleman was Rick and WOW! SUPER impressed great service and great guy! He cared about his job before, during, and after his service! I felt truly valued as his customer. Rick The Tick Killer went above and beyond on his service duty. Rick was super respectful of me my home, my requests, guaranteed my satisfaction. I asked him to wear shoe covers and RICK I hope you read my review of Terminix one day because you're the star within their stars rating! Terminix better value you exactly how you did to me. It is so RARE to meet workers like you. I demand Terminix give you a RAISE!

I would like to thank to thank the inspector Tim Nyman who came out to my house and had all the patience in the world dealing with my 4 kids who where super interested in what he was doing and kept bugging him. He found multiple entry points that were allowing flying squirrels to enter my attic and gave me options on plans to solve the issue. The technicians who came to my home were professional and took the time to answer my questions, although i felt bad they had to crawl into my tight attic they didnt complain once. The insulation was terrible but got some photos before they blew in the loose stuff and it looks great!

First thing in the morning I found a mouse in my laundry (around 6 am) and called Terminex in an absolute panic. It barely took until mid morning for Ray, the first person I spoke with, who was so sweet and empathetic and put me at ease almost instantly, to Jake, the technician assigned to my home (he caught the mouse and answered every single question I had in addition to explaining the entire process along the way with such patience - amazing technician) and Tim, who processed the rest of the transaction (very professional, understanding, kind, and personable) I can say the team in Allentown is truly 5 stars+. I can’t say thank you enough.

So we had Chevy come in today and inspect. He was absolutely a pleasure to have here, he was extremely knowledgeable. He was also so helpful and literally put my nerves at ease.
