⭐⭐ Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience with this company did not live up to our expectations. We scheduled a free estimate and the inspector came out and presented us with several treatment options. However, the pricing was extremely high, and we felt there was a lot of pressure to commit to a contract right then and there. We explained very clearly that this was a significant expense and that we needed some time to look at our finances, review the different options, and decide what made the most sense for our household. We were not saying no—we simply weren’t prepared to sign a high-priced contract on the spot. What was even more disappointing was the follow-up. We were told that someone would contact us afterward to follow up, answer any additional questions, and see how we wanted to proceed. That call never came. We never heard from them again. For a company that was so eager to get us to commit to a contract during the initial visit, the lack of follow-through afterward was surprising. Customer service shouldn’t end simply because a customer needs a little time to make a responsible financial decision. Ultimately, we contacted another company and decided to move forward with them instead. Not only did we find a much more reasonable option, but we also received the professionalism, communication, and customer service we were looking for. A free estimate should give homeowners the information they need to make an informed decision—not make them feel pressured into signing immediately. Good communication and proper follow-up can make all the difference, and unfortunately, that was missing from our experience.

The Terminix Rep, Tim Nyman, was very helpful. We have 2 houses on the property and he assessed both and was very knowledgeable. We had significant issues going on and he was able to explain to us how they would remediate the problems and put our minds at ease. He was very kind and easy to talk to. Let me be honest. The service is great. Top tier even. The customer service however, pure crap. I called 5 times since the morning about a dead mouse on the snap trap and 1st they claimed I didn't have an active account. Even though I been with them for almost a year. Then I was directed to a company that wasn't terminix. Then by the time I was actually speaking with terminix, it was they're dispatch for multiple companies again and I had to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone just to contact me. So the service is great, but I'd get rid of there customer service team. All of Then.

We have had nothing but a great experience! From the initial inspection and now our visits, our team has gone above and beyond! Our service technician Jason is also so kind and friendly! He is extremely knowledgeable and always providing us with tips and tricks how we can also prevent ants. After the first visit we could already tell a difference! Highly recommended, especially Jason!

Couldn't even get them to show up for the scheduled appointment. It was from 8am to 12pm. I call them at 1pm and was told they tried to call the technician and he didn't answer, and they instant messaged him, and he would contact me then. 7pm rolls around and I call again. They put me through to the technician and he says oh I wasn't in your area so they moved the appointment till tomorrow. Ok, why did nobody contact me all day??? Oh yeah, they contacted me earlier he says and avoids the question. No thanks cancel this service. They have no communication and are unreliable.

While having some work done in our house the contractor noticed signs of termites. We called Terminix immediately and got an appointment for an inspection for the next day. Our inspector, Hieu Nguyen, was exceptional. He was friendly and made certain we understood all facets of the inspection and treatment plan. He thoroughly went through the house showing us definite signs of termites. He explained clearly what the best treatment would be, talked to us about annual prevention plans and costs. At no time did he make us feel pressured into making a decision. Working with Mr. Nguyen was an uncomplicated pleasure. He was professional but personable, turning a stressful situation into one that could be handled.
