At the end of my two-year contract, my agreement was renewed at the beginning of March without my consent. On March 17, my credit card was charged $219.47 for the “Exclusion plan.” On March 19, I contacted your team to request a refund of this charge. Your representative offered a new termite + pest bundle plan for 2026, which I accepted only on the condition that the $219.47 would be fully refunded. This condition was confirmed, and I was told the refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. When the refund was not issued within the stated timeframe, I contacted customer service again on April 2. I was informed that my refund request had been denied by the branch. The reason given was that the service had already been provided on November 19, 2025 ( 4 MOTHS BEFORE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ). During that same conversation, both the Terminix customer service representative and their manager stated in writing that it was very unusual for my refund request to be denied and that the branch should issue the refund. I waited another 7–10 business days, and still no refund was issued. In summary: my two-year contract ended in March 2026. Any charges after that date fall under a new agreement. The service you are citing as justification for denying the refund—performed in November 2025—belongs entirely to the previous contract period. Is this really so difficult to understand ?
Does it make sense to you to charge in March 2026 for a service performed in November 2025? The amount charged to me in March 2026 is entirely unjustified and must be refunded immediately.

Wayne is our guy in the Levittown area and he is responsible, knowledgeable and reassuring. Ever since signing up with Terminix Wayne eradicated a carpet beetle infestation we had and with quarterly treatments have not seen an insect inside since. Tony is friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring on there termite end. He was able to get out right away and help us get our issue taken care of before it became a big problem. I’d definitely recommend Terminix to anyone.

I have a 18 month plan with them. They came out for a mice problem . We signed contract. Was told tech would come put to check traps. He came out before last snowstorm and I wasn’t home. I didn’t know he was coming out. He checked the outside. Which wasn’t part of the contract. Told me to call the office to make an appointment to come and check the traps. Then we had the big snowstorm and he didn’t come out. I called made another appointment and was told I wouldn’t be charge for it. Well that wasn’t the case. Won came out and said I owe a payment. I’m paying 112.00 a month now. I feel it’s for nothing. So far they came out about 4 times during the last few months So I finally got a cat and now no more mice. BUYERS BEWARE. It’s a scam. They signed you up for a long contract and its not worth it
