David is always very thorough when he services my home. He addresses any problems and gives suggestions for how to keep the problems at a minimum. He is one of the best Terminix technicians I've had in the 30+ years I've been with them.

Go elsewhere. I wish I could leave a review for the entire corporation- not just the Levittown Location. I saw a mouse in my home so I called Terminix Customer Service to inquire about their services. When I called, I was informed that someone could come out to my home place traps, and identify entry points inside. This representative told me they would seal small cracks or holes inside, but anything that could not be fixed with caulk would be an additional cost/service and they could give me a free estimate on that. I was informed the cost for this would be $365 after tax. There would then be a monthly fee of $69 as long as I kept the service. I proceeded to schedule with Terminix. The day came that the technician, John, arrived. When I asked about the holes he stated he was only there to place traps but someone would be out to talk about that. John placed three snap traps and a bait trap in my kitchen. He then let me know someone else was on their way. A short time later Tony arrived and looked around the property, then came inside to show me pictures of all the "holes" in my foundation. I don't think he realized some of the photos he was showing me weren't even of my house. This was a sales pitch for their "Exclusion" program that would cost $2,300 for them to seal up potential entry points. After explaining what the Customer Service Rep told me would be a part of my service, I was scoffed at and told "no company would do that". I wouldn't know, I'm not an exterminator. He then went on to say that the Customer Service Reps don't know what they're talking about and half of them are out in India. I can say, none of the reps I've spoken to have sounded to be from India. Regardless, the implication there wasn't appreciated. As the customer, It is not my responsibility to ensure your Customer Service Reps know what services you sell. I would never agree to pay $365 for 3 snap traps and a bait station. I declined to move forward with the "Exclusion" program. Shortly after I received a call from Tony saying his manager would knock off $300 from the estimate for the "Exclusion" since I was lied to and got an updated quote. Again I declined. I reached back out to Terminix's customer service to request a partial refund. I was not asking for a full refund, as I did want the pest control service, but I was lied to in order to sign up. I also did not want to cancel initially. I wanted to remain a customer and had no issue continuing to pay the monthly fee. However, their customer service was unhelpful. Eventually I did get a call from Tony at the local branch. He was pretty adamant that I should just take the discount on the Exclusion and move on. I explained that wasn't the service I signed up for. He proceeded to basically tell me I was wasting my time "complaining". He again reiterated that their Customer Service Representatives aren't the ones providing the services and are in India (again, I don't know why he thinks this is relevant but none of the reps I spoke to sounded as if they were from India- not that that should matter). He then insinuated I'm trying to get a service for free by requesting my money back. I again explained I wasn't asking for a full refund, I was simply asking for a partial refund and I also was intending to remain a customer. I don't know why the local branch had a salesman call me, but that was unprofessional. I reached back out to Customer Service, who said they would escalate the issue to their resolutions team and I'd get a call back in 24-48 hours. Well, I never got a call back and it turns out the "resolutions team" is just the local branch that had their salesman call me to tell me to stop complaining. Today, 6/29/2026, I've canceled my service with them. I will say that the technician that first came to my home, John, was professional and polite. Every other part of this experience has been terrible.

My assigned rep David Kim has been fantastic. He listens to questions and provides insightful helpful answers. He works around our schedule and manages our specific problem of wolf spiders and tiny mice on occasion in a humane way. My personal experience has been very positive. Would recommend.

At the end of my two-year contract, my agreement was renewed at the beginning of March without my consent. On March 17, my credit card was charged $219.47 for the “Exclusion plan.” On March 19, I contacted your team to request a refund of this charge. Your representative offered a new termite + pest bundle plan for 2026, which I accepted only on the condition that the $219.47 would be fully refunded. This condition was confirmed, and I was told the refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. When the refund was not issued within the stated timeframe, I contacted customer service again on April 2. I was informed that my refund request had been denied by the branch. The reason given was that the service had already been provided on November 19, 2025 ( 4 MOTHS BEFORE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ). During that same conversation, both the Terminix customer service representative and their manager stated in writing that it was very unusual for my refund request to be denied and that the branch should issue the refund. I waited another 7–10 business days, and still no refund was issued. In summary: my two-year contract ended in March 2026. Any charges after that date fall under a new agreement. The service you are citing as justification for denying the refund—performed in November 2025—belongs entirely to the previous contract period. Is this really so difficult to understand ?
Does it make sense to you to charge in March 2026 for a service performed in November 2025? The amount charged to me in March 2026 is entirely unjustified and must be refunded immediately.

Wayne is our guy in the Levittown area and he is responsible, knowledgeable and reassuring. Ever since signing up with Terminix Wayne eradicated a carpet beetle infestation we had and with quarterly treatments have not seen an insect inside since. Tony is friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring on there termite end. He was able to get out right away and help us get our issue taken care of before it became a big problem. I’d definitely recommend Terminix to anyone.

I have a 18 month plan with them. They came out for a mice problem . We signed contract. Was told tech would come put to check traps. He came out before last snowstorm and I wasn’t home. I didn’t know he was coming out. He checked the outside. Which wasn’t part of the contract. Told me to call the office to make an appointment to come and check the traps. Then we had the big snowstorm and he didn’t come out. I called made another appointment and was told I wouldn’t be charge for it. Well that wasn’t the case. Won came out and said I owe a payment. I’m paying 112.00 a month now. I feel it’s for nothing. So far they came out about 4 times during the last few months So I finally got a cat and now no more mice. BUYERS BEWARE. It’s a scam. They signed you up for a long contract and its not worth it
