Zero stars if possible. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service. Each time I call in for resolution, I am kept on the phone for 45 minutes with one rep after the next asking for the entire story recounted again, promising it's been escalated and a call back from a branch manager again and no one bothers to reach out to resolve. Find literally any other company to work with on your pest control needs. Poor communication from techs, no confirmations for appts, techs show up at days/times they are not scheduled with no regard for the fact that arrangements are having to be made around work etc to ensure someone is home to provide them access and then has the nerve to have an attitude that no one is available to provide them access. If they do show up they arrive either way after the designated window or way before with again, no regard for their customers work schedule/availability. Once a tech showed up way before the appointment window and proceeded to bang on the door endlessly like the police while I was on a video meeting for work. Communication and scheduling has been an issue for every appointment the entire year. On top of all of that, Terminix is also now trying to rip me off for the money that is owed back to me for being charged for cancelled services.
9/16/2025 No Call No Show for exclusion service
9/30/2025 Showed up with no appointment scheduled and marked the service as complete even though no one was home to provide them access to complete service and there was no way the tech could have accessed the area that required service
10/31/2025 - Called to cancel pest control and exclusion service by end of day as notice stated cancellation must be requested by 10/31. For whatever reason I was charged the full price of $309.29 for the renewal way back on October 9th even though I had until EOD 10/31 to cancel. Representative scheduled a follow up exclusion appt for 11/7 in an attempt to resolve the previous no call/no show and the exclusion follow up that was never completed in the previous/already paid for term.
11/7/2025 - No call, no show
11/28/2025 - Rep noted that branch manager Joseph Barrett would be reaching out to resolve the inquiry by end of day. Branch Manager never reached out
12/1/2025 - Called back in to Terminix for resolution on refund amount. Exclusion treatment was refunded a prorated amount from date I requested an escalation to a manager rather than from the date of the original cancellation request. Rep noted a Branch Manager would follow up and reach out again. Branch Manager did not reach out or follow up.
12/4/2025- Terminix has the nerve to call me stating there is a past due balance in the amount of $60 because they still did not have it registered in their system that the pest control service was cancelled. Rep notes again that the service has been cancelled, and "escalates" to branch manager again promising a call back regarding the incorrect amount refunded.
12/15/2025 - As of today, still no callback from branch manager or resolution from Terminix.

I was quickly able to set up a free home inspection and the technician was able to give me honest feedback. The technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable and always kept me up to date.

This has been a consistent failure in service. I called and schedule an appointment for an inspector to come to see where we could patch holes, etc.

TL;DR: Wanted a wasp nest removed; they signed me up for a one-year agreement by pretending that I was signing for only the bee removal.
About a month ago I called to have a wasp's nest removed. They send an inspector that said it would cost around $250 and had me sign for it on a tablet. A few days later someone arrived and poisoned the nest. A few days later, no more bees. Great.
This week I get a text that I have service scheduled for this week. I tell them the bees are gone and no need to show up. They call me the day of the service to tell me they are on the way. I tell them no need to come. They show up anyway. I'm not home but I can see them spraying around my house through the camera's. When I originally signed the contract I was told they would also treat around the house to ensure the bees wouldn't find another way it. I figured this was that service that they never did the first time.
Boy was I wrong. I get a call after from the service tech telling me that I actually signed up for a one year service agreement and not just the removal of the bees nest. I check the contract and sure enough the inspector had me sign a one-year agreement. Nothing was ever explained to me that this was a one-year deal.
I called to get this cancelled which customer service said they would put in a request but can't guarantee that it will be cancelled.
I cannot tell you how infuriated I am with this despicable company. I chalk this up to complete fraud.
And I hate how google will bury this review just because some company lacky will respond with "please private message us" or "call our customer support line". I've done that already.

Abysmal service and communication.
We have made at least 3 requests that we have a tech come to our house to remove 2 wasps nest on our house. Our concern was our second-story nest on our child's bedroom window because they were getting into the house.
I called for the first time about the wasp nest and was told by a service rep that there was an urgent request in for a tech to come remove the nest. I specified that the nest of concern was on a second-story window.
After no tech had been in contact, I followed up and had another request put in and again, I specified that this was a second-story nest.
I called again (twice) about a week later on a day we were scheduled for a tech AND inspection at the same time for that day and had both not show. The service reps were unable to get in touch with anyone. We were told to wait to see if they were just running late so I called again a couple of hours later and believe we had another request in. Lastly, my spouse called to urge someone to come take care of the wasp nests and the only communication he received after that was the scheduled tech calling to complain that they couldn't get to the second story window because they didn't have a ladder.
This whole process has been a nightmare. We have been unable to go into that bedroom for nearly 4 weeks and worry our 2 children both under the age of 3 may get stung, or worse. There are wasps in every room of the upstairs despite closing it off. We vacuum up dead wasps daily to the tune of 15+ wasps every day. Some are huge.
Customer service was hit or miss. We have made several attempts since to get in contact with someone to discuss terminating our account over the past week or 2 and no one has gotten in touch. I made another request this morning and the same response of "we will get in contact with the local manager to connect with you".
I will never use nor pay for this "service" again and we had to go elsewhere to take care of the wasp nest. We haven't been able to go into that bedroom for over a month.
Avoid like the plague.

I had an appointment today, but I wasn't informed by phone, text, or email that the technician was running late. This lack of communication feels very unprofessional, and I will not be continuing my services with Terminex.

I've never left a review before, but there's a first time for anything with an experience this awful.
I've been dealing with some wasps which nested in the siding of my house near the front door. Normally I'd take care of them myself, but I'm not sure how to get them when I can't see the nest, and would rather not remove the siding to reveal a swarm of angry wasps.
I called up Terminix and we had an appointment scheduled for 9/18 from 8-10AM. Nobody showed up for the appointment, or even called to say they'd be late. Around 10:30 I called the office, and they also could not contact the field technician who was supposed to come. They offered to reschedule, but I did not want to reschedule with a company who would no-call no-show, with no explanation, so I asked to cancel. They agreed to cancel, and told me my card had been removed from their files.
Several hours later around 1:30, while I am now at work, I see my ring camera has been alerting me about someone at the house! I checked it late, just in time to see their company car driving away. I do not know what was done, and I was not there to sign a service contract or point them to the wasps. I was later emailed a report of service done at my house, with the line for my signature containing a "Customer not at home" stamp. The technician texted around this time stating they treated the whole house for yellow jackets, and they should all be gone in 6-10 days. At this point, I was upset, as I had already cancelled and did not want someone to arrive for work at my house without me being there, but I figured my card was off their files, so I wouldn't be charged.
Unfortunately, on 9/20 a charge came through to my account from them for $366.26. I called them up on Monday 9/22 explaining that I had cancelled the service and asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund on the phone and said I would either get a call in 1-2 days, or a refund would be processed in 7-10 days.
I never got a call, and here I am 11 days after the refund was agreed to on 10/3, 15 days after the initial cancellation, and no refund has been processed. The wasps are also still very lively, constantly flying in and out from the siding by my front door. I called the office again. This time they stated that only a manager can issue a refund, and that they'd call in 24-48 business hours to discuss it. At this time, I just submitted a dispute to the credit card company. If the refund does eventually get processed, I'll withdraw the dispute.
tldr;
Nobody showed up to our appointment, so I cancelled over the phone with verbal confirmation from them. They showed up later anyway with nobody home and charged for it. Whatever they did has been 0 help to the problem. I've now been getting the runaround trying to get a refund for two weeks now.
