I had an appointment today, but I wasn't informed by phone, text, or email that the technician was running late. This lack of communication feels very unprofessional, and I will not be continuing my services with Terminex.

I've never left a review before, but there's a first time for anything with an experience this awful. I've been dealing with some wasps which nested in the siding of my house near the front door. Normally I'd take care of them myself, but I'm not sure how to get them when I can't see the nest, and would rather not remove the siding to reveal a swarm of angry wasps. I called up Terminix and we had an appointment scheduled for 9/18 from 8-10AM. Nobody showed up for the appointment, or even called to say they'd be late. Around 10:30 I called the office, and they also could not contact the field technician who was supposed to come. They offered to reschedule, but I did not want to reschedule with a company who would no-call no-show, with no explanation, so I asked to cancel. They agreed to cancel, and told me my card had been removed from their files. Several hours later around 1:30, while I am now at work, I see my ring camera has been alerting me about someone at the house! I checked it late, just in time to see their company car driving away. I do not know what was done, and I was not there to sign a service contract or point them to the wasps. I was later emailed a report of service done at my house, with the line for my signature containing a "Customer not at home" stamp. The technician texted around this time stating they treated the whole house for yellow jackets, and they should all be gone in 6-10 days. At this point, I was upset, as I had already cancelled and did not want someone to arrive for work at my house without me being there, but I figured my card was off their files, so I wouldn't be charged. Unfortunately, on 9/20 a charge came through to my account from them for $366.26. I called them up on Monday 9/22 explaining that I had cancelled the service and asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund on the phone and said I would either get a call in 1-2 days, or a refund would be processed in 7-10 days. I never got a call, and here I am 11 days after the refund was agreed to on 10/3, 15 days after the initial cancellation, and no refund has been processed. The wasps are also still very lively, constantly flying in and out from the siding by my front door. I called the office again. This time they stated that only a manager can issue a refund, and that they'd call in 24-48 business hours to discuss it. At this time, I just submitted a dispute to the credit card company. If the refund does eventually get processed, I'll withdraw the dispute. tldr; Nobody showed up to our appointment, so I cancelled over the phone with verbal confirmation from them. They showed up later anyway with nobody home and charged for it. Whatever they did has been 0 help to the problem. I've now been getting the runaround trying to get a refund for two weeks now.

If I could give a zero I would Horrible company called them first time using them made a appointment for Friday 1-3 no one showed up or called me I called in they said I’m sorry we can reschedule you for tomorrow which is Saturday today 10-12 NO ONE SHOW UP AGAIN. Called back said the tech was a no show again they said I’m sorry let me call the main office even the rep said no one picked up for him too like what kind of business are you running I called another company done with theses people don’t waste your time Chris or Kevin didn’t show up to my house.

Tech was a different tech than I usually have. He changed out my bait stations, to the newer ones Terminix has been using for a couple of years. My issue is why weren’t they changed last year like they should have been? Now as I’m cutting the grass, I find that the tech didn’t change one of my bait stations, AND he removed one and never replaced it. I had to call, and they’re sending someone out between Tuesday and Thursday? Not sure what happened, but I hope I’m getting what I’m paying for!!

Terrible service. Paid 250 for first day, the guy came barely sprayed or did anything. Then I had another appointment to fix that, the guy didn't even show up. Can't get a full refund which I def should. I have never ever dealt with a company like this before. Do not call them!

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. "No-show" is their middle name. If you're looking for a money pit, a terminix subscription is the way to go.
