This company’s operations has completely gone down the toilet in this past year. I originally signed up with them about two years ago for a monthly contract where they would treat my house from May to October for ticks & quarterly for all other insects. Everything was working fine until this year. All of a sudden they started showing up at my house twice a month to spray my lawn, Putting my pets at risk, because I did not authorize multiple treatments within a one month period. I finally had enough after they sprayed my lawn in mid September and then showed up the first week of October to do another treatment, I told the technician not to spray my lawn and please leave because they were just here two weeks ago and I have pets. Not only did the tech leave without providing any treatment, but this company has been billing me incessantly for this service that never occurred. I have made four attempts to reach out to them, letting them know that I never had any services performed, and should not be charged for this date, and every time I call the billing department, they tell me that a “branch manager” is going to review the account and remove the charges. Do not do business with this company. Their customer service is abhorrent and their business practices leave a lot to be desired. I hate that I have to leave a message like this concerning another business, but I’ve had enough with their harassing phone calls about an outstanding balance for a service that NEVER OCCURRED! ,Anyone considering this company should beware!

Company did not honor contract for initial inspection with two week follow up. They were supposed to come out 11/7 for first month at 10am. I took the day off of work, didn’t show up. Changed the date to 11/8. My wife took the day off. They didn’t show up. I canceled my account before initial service follow up or first month was ever performed and they are refusing to refund me. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and this is embarrassing that I have to take time to write this after the 6 phone calls I have made to the company in just over a month.

Please consider using a different company. Usually the technician texts the day before to let you know that they are coming. 11/22/24 technician came unannounced. We weren’t home so was only able to spray the outside. Called and rescheduled for 11/26 3-5 pm to complete the service, no call no show. Seperately was supposed to have a specialist come 12/2 to do an all around inspection which was free but also no called and no showed and rescheduled for 12/6 without my knowledge. Called to get a refund and was denied saying I never had any thing rescheduled for the 11/26 appointment after called at 2:37 pm to confirm he was still coming that day. No one ever reached out. Wasted a lot of my time. Please stay away from terminix. Save yourself the trouble.

I purchased the house sealing service and it has been the worst!! First, the sales guy told me I had a major problem, then when the tech came out, after I paid $1,700, he said it's not so bad but sales always makes it seem like it is. Against my gut instinct, I had him proceed with sealing the house. After he left, I noticed a nasty gray foam all over the house. Looks awful!! The tech said to text him if I have dead mice before they come back. A week later, I did that...no reply. I wrote them, no reply. After almost 2 weeks that my house and garage smelled awful, they sent a text that they were coming on Tuesday. NEVER SHOWED!! On Saturday, I get a call from another tech that he's at my house. I'M NOT HOME. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a manager to call me. DO NOT GO WITH THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

They canceled my account without authorization, didn't perform service, and outright lied about what I was told. The technicians weren't very knowledgeable. What the initial rodent specialist said was contradicted by the techs. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I could not get a manager. Beyond all this, there are graphic details surrounding their control method that I had to deal with. I have used Erhlich and Orkin and never seen anything like this. I tried this out because it was the lowest price point. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO PAY AND END UP DOING THE JOB YOURSELF, HIRE TEMINX ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. They had a 2-star review prior to me looking since the company has merged with Rent a Kill (not sure on exact name) they're bolstering their reviews. Don't believe 4 stars it's a LIE.

I made an appointment with Terminix for an inspection. They gave me a 3 hour window that they were going to come for the inspection and said they would call beforehand. I left work to be sure that I was home when they were going to come and waited. As the 3 hour window was coming to an end, with no inspector having arrived, I called the office. I was then told that the inspection was cancelled and to then find out it was cancelled by the inspector because "he wasn't going to make it". They did not think to call me (the customer) to let me know that they would not be making it and then inspection was cancelled or even allow me to reschedule.

Review Edit: I emailed them as the replied to this post that I should. Got a DELIVERY FAILURE response. "The remote server is misconfigured". Case in point - their communication systems are horrendous. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The service itself is not terrible, its the scheduling that is HORRIBLE! On multiple occasions, I have made an appointment over the phone and then no one shows up. I was told they could not reschedule over the phone, they have to email the scheduling team and it takes 24 hours for them to schedule the appointment. It's like no one know what is going on and appears to be a terrible booking system. The last missed appointment was two days ago. I had the lady send me a screen shot that shows my scheduled appointment. Of course, no one showed. Doesn't surprise me at all. Terrible service and missed appointments is what I've come to expect from this company. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY

I give it a 1 star because the service was never completed or efficient. They came to spray for blackjack and carpenter bees and ant. They still exist and when I called to inform them that the problem still exist they scheduled for the driver to come out on the 12th no show and then he rescheduled for the 16th no show no call. I called them on the 17 stating the issue and hand they stated they submitted a claim to the local branch and I still haven't heard from them. Find a different company. Ned has better product but a little pricey. In addition, my husband got stug with a blackjack above the shed.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional, no one shows up for appts, appts are scheduled and then canceled for no reason, with no communication. Told I'll be receiving call backs and never do. Paid for services i never received. Canceled account and will now be going with orkin.
