Highly unethical company. I had set up a service with them and then noticed they have been servicing my neighbors house instead of mine and I've been paying for months. I even showed them in their OWN reports that the picture of the house is not mine and it's my neighbors. They didn't give me any of the money back telling me "the charges were justified as service was performed.." MY HOUSE DID NOT GET SERVICE. After calling multiple times all they did was "submit a claim" which kept getting denied due to " the charges were justified as service was performed..". I was getting no where, cannot reach upper management, went on their website and submit a complaint but heard nothing. I had cancelled their service and then kept getting invoices and I have proof of cancellation email.. still kept getting invoices. After explaining their mistake, the reps seeing the mistakes they made, all they did was "submit a claim".. which again kept getting denied. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Had a situation with a hornet's nest, and after calling the help line (which was helpful and able to get me an appointment the same day which they said was rare and probably lucky enough), later that day had Sandra call up and check on the situation, and she was even nice enough to move the appointment forward a few hours to check on the situation sooner. Being helpful and communicative she went around checking the property, explaining things, and taking the pictures she needed while her manager came out later that day to take it down. All in all the entire situation was resolved within 24 hours of me even realizing it was a problem which while probably was a great deal of luck, wouldn't be possible without the excellence of the people involved still being knowledgeable people willing to help, so I'm extremely grateful. There haven't been any issues sense.

This company is trash, go literally anywhere else. I called them to set up an exclusion appointment. I was very clear on the phone that it was exclusion. Terminix guy shows up with traps and bait (which I already had). I said I wasn't interested and that I had set up an exclusion appointment. That wasn't his department, but he would have the exclusion team reach out to me in the next 24-48 hours. I never hear from them. So I go online a few days later and set up my own exclusion appointment. Well laid out with the time slots easily selectable. I select 5pm-7pm for the next day, pretty excited that they had such a good process and essentially last minute availability. That was the last good feeling I had about this company. Apparently the tech "doesn't work past 5pm", and decided at noon that they would "just swing by since the control tech said you were 'pretty much always home'". Not sure how they got that impression, my wife and I both work. Regardless, they left that voicemail for me (I didn't answer because, unsurprisingly, I was at work at noon on a weekday) and went to my house, leaving a "we missed you" note on the door. Finally I realize what's happening, so I call Terminix. I am informed they "no longer schedule past 5pm" and "the online system must not be updated" I ask what people who work during the day are supposed to do and am told "we schedule on Saturdays" of course, all the Saturdays are blocked out. So, maybe they do, maybe they don't, I can't tell you. My wife calls, and is told we are still on the schedule for 5pm. The person she talks to gives no indication that Terminix no longer schedules past 5pm. Eventually that person gets ahold of the tech and comes back to us with the story "oh, yeah, she doesn't work past 5 and there's no one there available to come so we'll have to reschedule." This company is an absolute joke, and I am livid I'm on the hook for 3 more payments until my contract is up. Stay far far away!

The absolute WORST! We ordered bait boxes in the shape of a rock in a January! The guy came in January with a regular black bait box! We have called since then to replace with the ones we ordered ( which was an extra cost) and to fill the bait boxes. EVERY single time we call no one gets back to us and nobody has any knowledge of anything. It is almost April and we are still trying to get the correct boxes and people who know what they are doing!!!! Edit: I emailed like you asked and of course - haven’t heard a thing! You responded to the review quickly and that’s where it ended! Have not received any phone call or email! Are you actually a real company. If I could give 0 stars that’s what terminix deserves!
